(Sampson rolled a 10 for stealth! Typing from my phone doesn’t give me the dice rolling tool haha. I rolled twice for disadvantage because of my scale armor.)
The tall kobold takes Psalm's words to heart and continues barking out orders in Draconic. You can see the kobold cleric chant a quick prayer as blessings descend upon the Tall Kobold, Kobold Mage, and Minotaur.
From the distance you can hear some shouts. And the chained half-dragons are feeling restless where they are. A couple loose poison breaths in response to the commotion.
[[ For the mannerisms of the half-dragons, fairly feral. More animalistic than humanoid. Perhaps a basic idea of what's being said, but whether that's from tone or truly understanding the words is unclear at the moment. ]]
The Minotaur takes a steps forward, hearing some of the clinking of armor from beyond, and plainly states. "Out there." He glances at the gasping Psalm and rolls his eyes. "Goblins." he says derisively.
[[ Not sure if there's any further preparations you're planning on or if you're intent on rolling initiative now.
I'd say Psalm would get advantage on the first attack. Hidden via deception. Dain has a successful hide on any enemy. Zylborin's and Sampson's hide depends on which enemy is being attacked. Finn's stealth wasn't high enough for advantage. But currently in the Ethereal. ]]
Statuses Dain: waiting to attack, Stealth 22 Zylborin: attempting to hide closer, Stealth 11 Finn: still has hex up and running, has blink up, Stealth 7 Sampson: Stealth 10 Psalm: Sleight of Hand 24, Deception 28
Psalm is in a tricky spot so Zyl will hope he can keep up the charade. Zylborin will get this started by moving 15ft left, then with a strum of his cittern cast Faerie Fire trying to get the Acolyte, Mage, Tall Kobold and Kobold 1. (Hopefully the IMG above works, was trying to get the Minotaur but he moved lol)
DC 16 Dex save
Then Zyl will move 15ft back to where he was, calling out "Catch me if you can!".
Psalm will stumble a few feet north/northwest until he's almost out of sight, "leaning" against the corner of the wall to "steady himself" while actually preparing to throw a dagger at the kobold priest the moment things pop off.
(Just in case it is asked for soon, here is Sam's initiative 17 )
(I will wait till the possible surprise round is triggered to choose what Sam will do. He wants to make sure his friends aren't in any blast zones lol)

Request, could you guys also roll Strength, Wisdom and Dexterity saving throws and put them in spoilers please? Have some enemy abilities that can call for those. Having them in advance should help with pacing. And having them in spoilers will help me to avoid having the known-results influence my thinking on how the NPCs use those abilities.

Sam hears the battle beginning and responds surprisingly quick! He charges in (3 spaces to the right, and 3 spaces forward) and stops before the hulking mass of the Minotaur! He speaks in Celestial and the words seem to take an otherworldly volume as a warbling mass of fire appears in his hand. He shouts and hurls the flame through the passageway into the next room! (🔥🔥🔥Casting Fireball🔥🔥🔥 ) (Center of the blast will be 5 to the right and 2 down from Psalm's current position! I tried to insert a picture here, but couldn't figure it out.)

A swath of kobolds falls to the ground from Sampson's blast. Even amongst those still standing they're severely wounded. The Kobold Mage looks almost at death's door as does the tall kobold. The minotaur is also noticeably wounded, though still strong.
The kobold mage shouts in Draconic at the fireball-casting cleric, chanting a spell. He casts hold person on Sampson, however the cleric's wisdom is able to save him from being paralyzed.
The Tall Kobold acts next, readying his sword. With the minotaur in the way, he misty steps beyond and into the fray, making two attacks. As he attacks, it becomes apparently that some nature of his training has allowed him to deal fire damage with his sword in addition to its normal slashing.
