As Psalm takes his hiding spot, Kobold 3 rushes towards the hall to join his companions. (would provoke Psalm's readied attack with advantage from hide) He readies a sling to strike back.

Following the first kobold comes a lizardman, dodging as it sees the attack on its comrade. Behind him another two kobolds and a goblin lying in wait.

Psalm's blade flies at the kobold as it turns the corner and steps into view.
Almost in the same gesture, he draws his rapier and charges into the western hallway, blade first, stabbing at the lizard man and calling out, "Tag, you're it!" before reversing course and racing back in the direction of his companions, high stepping with a Curley Howard style "woob-woob-woob-woob-woob" as he runs.
The moment he sees his comrades he crooks a thumb back behind his head and says,"Heads up, gents. Fresh batch of uglies comin' this way. Go on and give em' some love."

The rest of the combat was just out of Finn's sight... but he recognized Psalm's voice calling the enemy out. Quickly flying towards the announcement, he suddenly spotted the tiefling running back past him... with a curiously pleased look on his face.
Chuckling at the sight, the warlock pirate continued towards the side of the northern entrance, before turning to give himself a full view of the narrow corridor that his companion seemed to have been running from. Noticing there was still no tug from his spell, he focused his concentration on the lizardman in the front of the pack and braced himself for an attack.
MOVE: Northwest 15', then North 15' ACTION:Dash North 25', then East 5' to press against the wall while turning to look down the corridor BONUS: Re-target Hex onto the lizardman, giving disadvantage on his Strength checks
Finn has 6 rounds of Blink left, and only rolled a 6 on it at the end of his turn, so he again stays on the material plane.

Zylborin will move 15' to the left. If the Kobold3 is still alive, Zylborin will cast Vicious Mockery at the Kobold for 4 damage. Otherwise he will hold his action to cast Vicious Mockery at the next enemy that comes through the corridor.

Psalm takes down the advancing kobold (K3) with a swift dagger. As he enters the hall to attack the lizardman, the goblin and kobolds loose their missiles. (Readied actions.)

Possibly distracted from the loosed missile, he's unable to find purchase with the rapier but his fancy footwork keeps him from being attacked as he dashes back to saftey.
Sampson, Finn, Zylborin, and Dain rush towards the battle. Finn hexes the lizardman. But as they make their rush, the chained half-dragon to the left of the entry looses a poisonous breath.

The hexedlizardman makes his charge towards Finn, coming in range of Zylborin's readied vicious mockery.
Finn grunted as he was bashed, then pelted with a... rock, most likely? Whatever it was, it drew blood, irritating the pirate.
"Wait your turn!" he yelled with a malevolent grin, before turning back to spin into two quick rotating slashes towards the lizardman in front of him. The warlock then stopped in mid-air to admire his handiwork for a second before winking at the kobold that had struck him. "See you soon!" he laughed as he again vanished.

Dain gives Psalm a thumbs up as he runs by, then continues his march toward the lizardman, stopping directly below it and bringing his axe down twice in quick succession.
The might of Psalm and Finn's attacks fell the lizardman with ease. As Dain comes charging up he's able to get in the hall and down the two kobolds.

Zylborin is able to get closer to the combat, though with the lizardman dead he has no target.
