Gothazar places his left hand on the book at his side and as he reaches out with his right hand and closes his fist a flash of golden light erupts from the book in tandem with a Sacred Flame descending upon the free bear.

Leif almost fell to the ground as the force of the bear's strike lands on his body. The sea elf retaliates back with his rapier and thrusts it to the bear's chest.
Asgrim's swings, although powerful and somewhat unpracticed from the long winter, were doing some damage, he wasn't at all expecting the bear to retaliate with such ferocity. He didn't know what he was expecting, but when he saw the bear rearing it's paw he brought up his two axes and deflected them out of the way and followed through with a savage snarl and swung his sword at the bear, slashing at its eyes and throat. He wasn't going to fall to a bear. Not to a bear.
As Leif's rapier gets caught in the bear's hair, Asgrim's sword find their target. The first strike cuts through the bear's eyes. As it stands on its hind legs, it lets a massive, unnatural roar. Seeing his chance, Asgrim thrusts his sword into the bear's throat. The roar dissolves into a gurgle, and the beast falls. As it hits the ground, you see a purple mists dissipate from the bear.
I fixed post #100. The bear missed Asgrim. I have fixed the health.
Gothazar brings his mace down onto the struggling bear's head. As the bear dies, you see the same purple mist rise from the bear. The mist from the bears swirls into the air. It dances like the breeze, then flows into the tree. As the tree is imbued with the magic, the earth below it starts to tremble. After the ground settles, a hole appears at the base of the tree.

Asgrim makes an overhand chop, and hits the bear between the shoulders. The bear growls in pain.

As the light decends onto the bear, it looks up, then runs out of the beam, running at Gothazar. Gothazar notice a purple light in the bear's eyes.
Eidren pauses for a moment to take aim. He pulls the trigger at the charging bear.
Attack: 10 Damage: 5
He then takes cover behind the nearest tree and reloads his crossbow.

The bear in the net tears through the ropes, growling in anger.
When the charging bear's claws makes contact with Gothazar's heavy armor, the glance off with a scrape.
Leif moves behind his comrades and releases another insult regarding the previous bear's failed attempt.
"What are you trying to do? High five us to death?"

he ducks back behind the tree and reloads again.
The bolt flies true, plunging square in the bear's chest. You can here it since in pain, and gasp for air.
The almost dead bear's continues to fight, this time turning it's attention to Asgrim
