Round and round the wheel turns. Tick by tick, Chasewatches as the colored sections spin by. She hesitates for a brief moment then pulls back with all her might... ABJURATION! "Awesome! That's a pretty good pull. Abjuration gives you the Resistance for an hour. Just as it sounds you can use it to help yourself or others resist certain effects, magical or otherwise." After that the man running the wheel continues taking tickets for spins on the wheel as it hands out magic left and right.
The Tabaxi's ears flicker with a hint of disappointment—the little balls of magic sounded way funnier. But a smile spreads across her face anyway—after all, it’s her first spell ever! Who should be her target? Herself, perhaps? Or one of her friends? Could this spell make it easier for them to win in some of the other games? Hmmmmm! Still thinking about this, Chase asks Lex and Illuwen, "Hey, what do you want to do now? Do you want to try the Wheel again, or do you want to try some other game? How about "What time is it Mr. Witch?" It is pretty close." When she says this, she looks up to where Scratch and Isy are. If they visit that stall, they will still be near them. "We could also ask about Chandler to the Witchlight Hand there", she adds.
Oh no! Scratch couldn't think up a rhyme in time and has taken second place in his group. The Witchlight Hand approaches to congratulate the winner and runner up. She hands you both prizes and says to Scratch, "There's nothing more difficult than widdershins and rhyme, come back and play anytime!" [Roll d100]
Illuwenbolts from his friends towards What Time is it Mister Witch. As he approaches he hears the hand call out, "Tick-tock, tick-tock goes Mister Witch's pocket watch! Only the fleet of foot can swipe this precious timepiece from our illustrious benefactor! Those who would like to play, please divide yourselves into groups of five. Once your group is up, to start the game you will all need to call out 'What Time Is It, Mister Witch?' together. Then the hands on his pocket watch will whirl around and around until finally landing on a time. You will have that many seconds to try and sneak up on him and steal his pocket watch. If time runs out or he hears you then he will turn around and 'gobble up' anyone who is too close!" He lets out a little harmless chuckle at that last line of his schpiel.
Isycontinues running around in this precarious manner as the other contestant takes their turn. Running at the same pace as Isybut, unfortunately for them, unable to think of a rhyme in time and Isyis the WINNER! The Hand approaches you and hands out the prizes. She hands Isya [Tooltip Not Found] and says, "Congratulations on winning my game, here is your prize and I will tell you it's name. Bookmark of memory with wonderous rarity, open a book containing this mark and remember with perfect clarity!"
Scratch looks very disappointed that he didn't win, despite his reluctance to play and his unwillingness to give the game his full attention. "I want to play again," he says defiantly, giving Isy a little look of jealousy before turning back to the Hand.
Isy is super excited she won, "That was really fun, I wonder how I will use this? I'll figure out later." As Scratch declares his wish to play again, Isy asks the other players about Chandler. After learning that none of them have seen him, she looks around for Lex, Chase and Illuwen. Seeing them heading towards "What time is it Mister Witch?", she excitably joins them with a shout, "I won, I got this bookmark! I wonder what else there is around! Sneaking and hiding? I think I can do that!"
"Hey! Not so fast! Let’s not get separat-,"Chasebegins, but trails off as Illuwen dashes toward the next game without even a glance back at her or Lex. On top of that, she notices Isyslipping away from the rhyme game. Turning to the Triton, she snaps, "Hey! Scratch went with you so you wouldn’t be alone!" Expecting her twin to stick with Isy, she’s dumbfounded to see him still there, playing. "Grandma's whiskers! Weren’t we supposed to stick together? You know what? You all can run wherever you want—I’m staying right here!" At least by the Wheel, she’ll be able to see them all, as they are on the closest stalls, for now. Maybe she’ll even earn another spell while Dirla returns.
Dandelion roll = 1 (my previous roll was a 2)
WIS Check = Another 7 (Just hoping for a different spell from the one I already got, if possible)
Scratch gets handed a vial of viscus liquid labeled "Fomorian spit. Do not drink!" as his constellation prize. Insisting he play again Scratch is grouped with a 14-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl. [If I'm not mistaken that makes Scratch the oldest, correct? If so, then he will give the first phrase to be rhymed with before everyone runs widdershins.]
Chasedecides to get back in line for the wheel of magic. Once it's her turn again she pulls back on the lever. She doesn't time it quite right and seems a bit disappointed in herself. Fortunately for her, as the wheel comes to a stop it lands on Evocation! What a pleasant surprise!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lex is ecstatic about having won and learning a new piece of magic, even if only temporarily. Man, what his family would think about this. He steps aside as the others play their turns, then he looks around at the boardwalk, then looks at Chase and says, “I’m gonna try naming the unnamable”. He heads down the row to the game, and blows on his dandelion to see if he can play this game.
Dandelion: 7

Illuwen runs across the way to the stall, not bothering to wait for a response from Lex or Chase.

Charisma: 14
Dexterity: 18
Determined to win this time, Scratch moves widdershins with grace while saying confidently, "I thank the great Giver ..."
With the same confidence as her competitor the 10-year-old continues with, "But then I felt a shiver."
The 14-year-old continues with, "I could smell my mom cooking onions and liver 🤢"
Illuwen joins the nearest group for What Time is it Mister Witch and blows his dandelion: 7

If that's good enough ...
