He also knows these spiders commonly web up unwary adventurers and keep them (and their possessions) in web coccoons for later consumption

Brand Draws Talon and Shield and then Casts acred Flame on the spider Ol shot with the arrow.

Brand Moves to stand 20 feet to Ol's right.

Lucius says a quick apology to the Lady of the Underdark for what he's about to do to a spider and looses an Eldritch Blast 

Attack: 11 Damage: 4 

The blast misses the mark. Perhaps the Lady truly sees all, he thinks. 

Reidoth murmurs an incantation and then touches Ol's quiver

For the next hour, Ol's arrows deal and extra 1d6 of fire damage

The injured spider retaliates by trying to bite Ol. The other shoots webs at Lucius

Ol has no choice but to swing his club down hard at the spider

The spider, injured and desperate, lashes out at Ol with it's fangs as an attack of opportunity

Brand engaged the spide that was attacking Ol and attacks it with Talon.

Talon plunges deep into the spiders head and it falls dead
