Agatha disappears and then reappears a couple of minutes later.

"Cragmaw is in the Eastern reaches of these very woods, almost directly North of Phandalin. Not too far in from the border, from what I can scry"

"I tire of this. Leave me now. That last one has sapped my remaining patience."

With that, she disappears 

Brand bids farewell and steps outside with the others. 

"Well we have some undead and orcs to purge. Sister, i believe we fulfilled your request."

"Thank you all. I will relay the information to my superiors for further inquiries to be made afield. I can make my own way back if you have other tasks to perform"

“Well that was, erm different” says Ol at the rather quick exit of the sister. “It’s dark, these woods are unfamiliar and there’s sound of a homely castle to east”. Ol looks at Brand and Lucius with a wry smile. 
He lights his Torch and starts East.

“Pin your ears back and keep you wits about you I’ve bo faith that good is going to find us in this place” Ol thinks on what he has leaned over his life about this area.
