“Pin your ears back and keep you wits about you I’ve bo faith that good is going to find us in this place” Ol thinks on what he has leaned over his life about this area.

The party passes the night without issue in the ruins of the town. When morning comes, with dew still on the grass, they set off for the Old Owl Well.
The journey takes them back along the path they travelled on the wagon, flat grassland all around. As they come to the mouth of the valley, the sun has fully risen and has crested the top of the tallest hills around. Ol has been in places like this before and knows they can be excellent ambush opportunities. He takes the lead and keeps his head on a swivel
As you crest a low ridge, you spy the crumbling ruins of an old watchtower standing amid the rugged hills. The place is so old that the walls are only mounds of rubble enclosing a courtyard of sorts, adjacent to the broken stump of an old tower. A colorful tent has been set up in the middle of the courtyard, but no one is in sight.

Agatha disappears and then reappears a couple of minutes later.
"Cragmaw is in the Eastern reaches of these very woods, almost directly North of Phandalin. Not too far in from the border, from what I can scry"
