Danon moves silently, Cirim and Etriel manage to be muffled enough (dc12 so only just). But Neldak falls over as he steps on an icy patch of the deck. The banging noise below stops.
The wooden boards on the main deck are cracked from frost. A large hole in the deck exposes a part of the hold to the sky. The planks around the hole are marred with deep grooves, as if heavy claws had dug into them. There are also steps up from the hold, which currently have an ice troll climbing up. Roll initiative and if you get higher than a 14 you may take an action (the troll is about 25ft away, not quite partial cover from the steps)
Etriel Darastrix had ascended first for precisely this reason: to buy time for the others in case of danger. She is therefore ready to react: as soon as the ice troll appears, she leaps forward, her lips already pronouncing esoteric syllables, while her elegant fingers weave elegant figures in the icy air.
When she arrives before the monster, the eladrin huntress is Blurry, difficult to aim and hit... and she has a shortsword in her right hand and a dagger in her left, with which she begins to test the enemy's guard.
[[OOC: Etriel Darastrix uses her Movement to melee the monster and her Action to cast Blur - the monster's attacks against her have Disadvantage. ]]
Danon spots the troll coming up from below, he makes a motion with his hands, funneling energy through his fists and fingertips, a burst of flame shoots out to burn the ice troll as it climbs from below. Afterwards, he moves up to 40 feet on deck to find a good defensible position.
Action : Fire bolt : 20 to hit, for 6 points of fire damage.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The troll takes damage from Danon, and the wound starts trying to knit together but fails to regenerate due to the fire damage. Danon finds a suitable position to defend from. The other side of the giant hole in the deck.
The troll then tries to take 3 attacks on Etriel. The first 2 (with claws) miss (the second one would have hit if not for Blur) and the bite just connects despite the blur. The bite deals 7 piercing damage plus 4 cold damage.
Etriel you feel how cold the troll is. At the start of your turn you take a further 5 cold damage. The cold aura could be felt as soon as you were 10ft away.
Neldak scrambles to his feet and sees how effective Danon's firebolt was. He in turn casts a fiery chromatic orb at the troll with a 19 to hit for 11 fire damage.
Etriel Darastrix was about to be struck by one of the Troll's savage attacks, but she instinctively activates a momentary invisible barrier of force that deflects the blow.
Before her opponent can fully regain his balance, the Eladrin Huntress counterattacks: "That was rude."
Her green eyes focus on her prey with preternatural acuity, and her two blades radiate force power as they lunge at her foe in a double thrust, shortsword to the top of the chest and dagger to the abdomen.
[[ OOC: Reaction: Shield using a sorcery point to cast it without components. Bonus Action: Hunter's Mark. Action: Attack with both Shortsword and Dagger, possible thanks to Dagger's Nick property. Also, thanks to Shortsword's Vex property, if the Shortsword hits the Dagger Attack is made with Advantage. ]]
Neldak and Cirim both hit. And fire doesn't seem to be more effective on this than it would be on anything else. But it does seem to stop it from regenerating (which ooc, if anyone knows trolls and believes their character would know regular trolls, it's the same regeration trait)
Shortsowrd Attack: 25 Damage: 5 (piercing) + 3 (force) = 8 Dagger Attack: 16 Damage: 7 (piercing) + 3 (force) = 10 If Shortsword hits, then Dagger has Advantage, so this is a 2nd straight to-hit roll (and we keep the highest of the 2): 7
Mister Whiskers will be away from the game for a bit (though he'll be back as soon as he can). What should we do? Shall I decide Idalie's action? Or does the DM want to do that? Or...?
Danon sees Etriel in front of this thing, so he decides to rush forward to help. He stops within 15 feet of it, and uses his Elemental Strikes to deal fire damage to it with his blows. He punches outward and flames extend from his fists, and follows up with a kick that misses, flames scorching out. He readies himself for his next strike.
Unarmed attack, elemental strike : 16 to hit, for 5 points of flame damage
Unarmed strike 2 : 9 to hit, for 8 points of fire damage.

With Cirim's guidance, Neldak's stealth will be a 7.

What was the AC hit by the Troll? Etriel can cast Shield as reaction, for a +5 AC, if needed.
Shield will work. It was 19 to hit. (I forgot about reactions. I'll remember to include the actual values in posts from now on)

Etriel Darastrix:

I have no objection to any of you deciding Idalie. I can do tweaks on the sheet as needed for health/spell slots

Idalie curses the troll and quickly proceeds to blast him with magic rays from a distance.

Idalie's Eldritch Blast Attack: 14 Damage: 13 (force) + 4 (necrotic) = 17
