Before charging, Chromir casts Message at Stone Feather, repeating the message they were taught. And also adding to the end (in common) "Malrik sent us. We fight frogs for you" (assuming with the draconic phrase it is all less than 25 words)

The heroes lingered atop their hillock, taking in the tense scene before them.
Chromir invoked one of the druidic charms he had learned in an earlier — and perhaps more peaceful — time of his life. His voice dropped to a whisper as he spoke the incantation, sending a magical message across the bog upon a conjured breeze. The first part, in the harsh tones of Draconic, carried the phrase Malrik had taught them: 'We seek parley with Stone Feather.'
The words were intended to mark the heroes as allies rather than adversaries. The second part, spoken in the Common tongue, was incomprehensible to the shaman.
Across the bog, the shaman paused mid-gesture, his reptilian eyes narrowing as the message reached him. Stone Feather tilted his head, deciphering the words before muttering a reply in Draconic. His response returned to Chromir, but the meaning was lost on the barbarian, who did not speak the lizardman's tongue.
Before any further exchange could take place, the Frog Prince let loose a guttural, croaking decree that reverberated across the marsh.
"I, Frog Prince!!!" The beast croaked. "Bog, MINE!!!"
His gathered bog men erupted in a cacophony of angry croaks and charged forward. Half of the group, including the Frog Prince himself, dove into the dense cattail forest at the bog’s center. Their slick forms vanished into the maze-like cover, the reeds swaying ominously as they moved. The remaining bullywugs veered around the thicket, forming a spear wall with crude but deadly weapons held aloft, threatening any who dared approach.
Meanwhile, the massive lizardfolk bearing the wicker pack leapt down from his hillock and closed the distance between itself and the closest of the bog men. A poisoned spear lashed out from their line, catching him in the belly with a vicious strike. He grunted in pain but pressed on, kneeling in the muck to unshoulder the heavy basket it bore, and even though it was grievously injured ... took the time to set it down with care.
The other lizardfolk warrior, undeterred by the chaos, broke away and sprinted toward the heroes' hillock. Reaching the base of the small hill, it called out in draconic and waved his arms wildly toward the cattail forest, his sharp claws slicing through the air in urgency.
Though his words were foreign, his intent was not: the bog men must be stopped, and quickly!

Seeing L1 already struggling, Cassian will quickly cast shield of faith on himself and jump down the hillock, dashing as far towards the lizardfolk and basket as he can.
Bonus Action: shield of faith on self (changing concentration to this from detect poison and disease)
Seeing Cassian jump down the hillock, dashing towards the lizardfolk that looks in trouble, Navrine mumbles a prayer under her breath and says “Lets go guys!”as she jumps down after Cassian.
Cassian raised his holy symbol high, intoning a prayer that summoned a shimmering shield of energy to envelop the paladin. Without hesitation, Cassian and Navrine both leapt from the hillock, splashing down into the muck and charged toward the bog men.
The bullywug spear wall, however, was unforgiving. Two crude but vicious spears found their mark. One of the lizardfolk crumpled to the ground, clutching at the wound as the toxic coating on the weapons seeped into their veins. They writhed in agony, their groans mingling with the croaks and shouts of battle.
Chromir and Doc became the next targets of the bog men’s assault. Two spears hurtled toward them as well, cutting through the humid air, but both found only empty space, splashing harmlessly into the mire.
Doc, steady despite the chaos, raised his holy symbol and chanted an incantation. A faint glow suffused his allies as he cast a bless spell, bolstering their resolve and sharpening their focus. Meanwhile, across the bog, Stone Feather cast a spell of his own, his clawed hands twisting in a series of deliberate gestures. The marsh seemed to awaken at his command. Within the cattail forest, the ground shifted as the dense reeds twisted into sharp, menacing spikes. The sound of bullywugs crying out in pain echoed as they found their movements hindered by the treacherous terrain.
At the northern lizardman's feet, the basket writhed and shook, the structure shaking as something within struggled against its confines. The thick, tangled vines securing the lid began to give way, a hiss escaping from the shadows inside. Whatever was in the basket was moments from breaking free, and its arrival promised to shift the tide of the battle.

Navrine strikes out at the bogman (B8) with a punch to the face, then follows up with a wild roundhouse kick to the bogmans face. Sensing her failed attack, she refocuses and centers herself as she prepares for the coming attacks.
Action: unarmed strike to hit 24, 5 damage. Bonus Action: unarmed strike to hit 6 (nat 1)
Chromir will charge at B1 (if I counted distance right, he needs to dash to reach even with 35ft of movement). He rages and then will recklessly attack (advantage, and all attacks against him have advantage until his next turn) 16to hit, for 16slashing damage. He then roars a battle cry at the group of 3 he can see.
Chromir bellowed, his primal rage surging as he charged headlong into the fray. The bogmen’s spear wall was no match for his ferocity; with one mighty swing of his axe, he cleaved through the nearest bullywug, cutting it down where it stood.
Navrine followed his lead, her movements precise and fluid as she darted into the chaos. One of her two strikes landed true, and another of the bogmen fell, crumpling into the muck.
Behind the monk, Cassian knelt beside the wounded lizardfolk warrior. The paladin murmured a prayer, his hand glowing with divine energy as he channeled healing power into the wounded ally.
Doc held his ground, his spear at the ready. His eyes scanned the battlefield, waiting for an enemy to come within reach, but none dared approach.
From the thicket of Spike Growth enchanted, razor-sharp cattails, the Frog Prince leapt free astride his monstrous giant toad. The razor vines had taken a toll, killing his bogmen warriors, their blood now staining the twisted reeds, but the Frog Prince and his mount pushed through with only minor wounds. Raising his lance high, he croaked a cruel challenge to Cassian.
“YOU NO KNIGHT!” It bellowed, striking the paladin with its lance.
Then wicker basket — dropped earlier by the unarmed lizardman — finally burst open, its bindings snapping with a sharp crack! From within emerged two screeching cockatrices, their small, feathered forms deceptively fierce. One lunged at Navrine, its sharp beak almost finding purchase on her arm ... before being blocked by Cassian's shield!
She staggered back, the petrifying venom coursing through her veins, her muscles stiffening as the magic threatened to take hold.
[Edited to include Cassian's Protection fighting style, which I originally forgot to include.]
The second cockatrice darted toward the giant toad, sinking its beak into the creature’s slimy hide. The toad gave a guttural croak but seemed unfazed, its unnatural resilience shrugging off the petrification’s effects.
The battlefield was now a chaotic cacophony of croaks, shrieks, and shouts as the fight raged on ... and then the ground under the cattail forest began to shake.

**There are now two cockatrices on the map. They are trained to not attack the lizardfolk ... but they will indiscriminately target everyone else.
