Cosmo my warhorse. I spent my night and gold getting my tunic enchantment and taking Cosmo to get professionally groomed. Ready for the morning events (and hopefully discover something about Keshin!)
Ok. After some more drinks, the party starts heading off to bed. You are shown to your rooms, which have been pre-payed for. The beds are nice. They are soft, but more importantly clean. You wake up to at least a dozen roosters crowing. Downstairs, you can hear some early birds getting a head start on the day. As you head down, you are offered some hot porridge. From town, you can hear the trumpeters sounding the beginning of the day. You (I presume) head over to your table from yesterday, and wait for the rest of the group.
OOC - I'm assuming this is an hour or two before sunrise since that is when we need to be at the tournament grounds' eastern gate.
IC - Torgar stretches his arms in a large yawn and cracks his neck. He hasn't slept that well in years. Were those goose feather pillows? He thinks to himself. Even these simple pleasures seem luxurious to him. As he sits to eat his porridge he thinks about the challenges he will be facing today and hoping his team is ready to overcome them, the accustomed weight of responsibility settling onto his shoulders.
KESHIN: When you wake up, you find your leg is wrapped in a bandage. Looking around, you can see you must be in some kind of infirmary. Seeing you're awake, a male tiefling comes over to your bed. "You're ahwake! I wahsn't expecting you to wake up so soon. My name's doctuh Rhis. (Ris)" He lets loose sightly chaotic laugh before taking of the bandage and coating the wound with a stinging ointment. "Whahtever blade sliced you wahs coated with some kind of slow ahcting poison. Thahnkfully, you were found before it could spread very fahr, or you wouldn't be able to compete in the tournahment. As it is, you will hahve to sit out of todays chahllenges." Yeah, it's pretty early.
OOC - (metagaming) would an antitoxin potion and some cure wounds get him back into competing shape? I guess I can wait to see how this all plays out lol.
Sirin woke to the sound of roosters and morning activity, feeling the anticipation of the tournament ahead. After a quick stretch, she washed her face with cool water, enjoying the refreshing start to the day. Tying her silver-streaked hair into a neat braid, she made sure it was both out of the way and presentable—she knew how to appear "kempt" to the upper class, but more importantly, she needed no distractions today. With her rapier at her side and wearing her tunic with pride, she headed downstairs. Though she wasn't looking forward to the log hauling challenge in particular, her excitement for the day’s trials was palpable as she took her seat at the table.
"Good morning all! You're looking refreshed, Torgar. Or should we call you Team Leader....Hm, General? Captain?"

Good morning Sirin! Torgar will be fine. No need for formalities between friends. Even in the army I didn't have any standing besides 'soldier' because of my humble beginnings. I'm hoping this tournament can change all that once I get knighted. Looking her up and down he approved of how she was presenting herself. You look good, very appropriate for today's ceremonies. Torgar himself is wearing his tunic with the team crest embroidered on the front. The tunic is clean, like impeccably and impossibly clean where even dust is repelled. His great axe is strapped to his back along with a javelin, and some handaxes are hanging at his waist. Each weapon honed and sharpened with a practiced hand.
Danami being anxious after everyone wandered to a bed, stayed up and paced. Not worrying about anything else except his self. He lost track of time and thoughts and looped his plans over in his head again and again. After some time he found his room and laid down for the night. Danami woke up feeling late as per usual, and rushed to get his armor donned and the rest of his gear. He threw his hooded cloak on went to the tavern and sat down beside Torgar and Sirin. "Well, I'd like to formally introduce myself, now that we have our heads back on, I'm Danami Pithom and it's nice to meet both of you, officially. Wait!...Both of you?...Wasn't there another person in our group?"
After a little bit of time has passed and everyone except Keshin has arrived and eaten, Torgar begins to feel concerned that he is missing. Keshin does not seem the type to be late. I'm worried he may have encountered something on his mission last night. Shall we go the the obstacle course and look for him there?
"Yes, I'm getting concerned as well." Sirin agrees, tapping the hilt of her rapier uneasily as she stands. Along the way to the course she will look for anything out of the ordinary.
Before you guys leave, the tavern keeper, a burly man with a concerned look on his face, catches you at the door. He shifts nervously before speaking. "I, uh... hate to be the one to tell you this, but one of your own got themselves into some trouble last night." He scratches his chin, clearly uncomfortable. "Found ‘em outside the obstacle course, all knocked about. They’re in the infirmary now. A nasty dagger wound to the leg and a blow to the head... lucky they didn’t bleed out."
I'm assuming you all are going. The bartender gives you directions to the hospital, along the back wall of the city for easy access when there's tournaments. At the door, you are met by two female Elves, obviously twins. They let you in and bring you to a large room lined with cots. On the outside wall under a window is Keshin, looking really well actually. Not as bad as the bartender kinda made it seem. Bandaged leg and head, but they're awake. (so sorry, can't remember Keshin's gender at the moment.) The doctor, another Elf, (They're triplets) tells you that you can go ahead and talk with them.

Sorry, I'm gone from like 9 to 9 most Tuesdays, so I normally don't feel like getting on for this lol.
Ae you guys going to bed before Keshin gets back, or did you plan on waiting up for her?
OOC - In character, probably going to bed as I would think Keshin could handle it solo
Ok.

I'd say so, yeah. You'd need both though.

Welcome Danami, there are two more actually… Keshin and Im‘mame. They should be coming around soon.
[OOC: I'm sorry. I'm leaving the group, I'm sorry for wasting everyone's times and I don't feel safe in the group].

Thank you for the information, we will head there at once! I must speak with the healer.
I'm assuming you all are going.

Torgar: Keshin! What happened? Are you alright?
To the doctor: What are his ailments? Any inflictions?
Sirin hurries over to her injured comrade as well, relieved he seems in better shape than she had pictured.
