"Excuse me miss, by any chance would you know if my companions have stopped in yet? A goliath, a halfling, an elf, and a surprisingly hygienic half-orc?" Tyrus asks the barkeep, sitting in the nearest seat. 

"One of yours? Now, that has my curiosity piqued." Boghadair says with a raised eyebrow.  "We are interested in selling off most of the items in this wagon to be honest.  I personally am interested in acquiring some new armor,  preferably something stronger than my current colourful leather armor.   In truth, I had dreams of making a multicolored set of dragon scale armor.  But I suspect that would be difficult to make and carry no benefits the way a single coloured set of armor would."

The tiefling leads Boghadair back inside his shop to show off some of his creations.  On the way in he offers more candy.  The colors immediately disappeared again once inside the shop. “I will offer 2000 gp for all of the dragon parts and scales.  If you want me to just make some scalemail from what you brought, there is enough for two full sets and I would charge 200 gp per set.  However I do have some interesting items: the plate armor from a Death Knight, some elvin chain mail, I have an Exceptional set of studded leather armor made from an albino crocodile with adamantium studs, as well as some underdark leather with cloaking enhancements.  What do you think?”

The barkeep approaches Tyrus with a smile. “ Hey good looking, I haven’t seen you around here before.  Sorry to say I haven’t seen your friends.  Can I get you anything while you wait?”

Though more and more people enter the room, you feel as though you two are the only people in the room.  The closer you look at her the harder it is to concentrate on anything but her blue green eyes.

Ian heads to the staggering goat.  On his way he checks on the wolves and the gift from the centaur.

Ian finds in the sack from the centaur some bones for chew toys, a wine sack full of goats milk,  four large goose eggs, several pieces of meat that looks like the heart of a deer, two small adjustable harnesses, and a tether stake with a split chain.

"You know Arafiel *munch munch*, I think I should also give free candy when I open my shop *munch munch*."

Thagakh swallows his mouth full of candy and takes another helping.

"It's nice to eat something sweet when taking a rest *munch munch*. I think I'll ask the store owner how he makes these."

The half-orc takes the bowl with him and enters the shop while taking another set of candy.

"Owner *munch munch*, could you tell me how you make these delicious sweets? *munch munch* Thagakh would like to make one for himself when he travels *munch munch*."

Thagakh feels an incredible sense of euphoria.  Please make a constitution saving throw.  Arafiel and Boghadair please make a wisdom saving throw.

Ian  has now arrived at the staggering goat and sees Tyrus very close and in conversation with the barkeep.

Though he stays conscious Thagakh feels like he needs to si down for a few minutes.  The Tiefling notices the condition of the Half-Orc and brings him some bitters to drink while offering him a chair.

”Incase you couldn’t  tell.... this shop is actually in the Shadowfell.  The door acts as a portal back and forth. My grandfather was a leader in this town at one point. He wanted a way to go back and forth.  Unfortunately the shadowfell can have some negative effects on those not from there.  The candy is to counteract those effects.  Too much can be.... debilitating.  He should be ok in a few minutes.”

"Some water for now is enough. I will eat dinner with my companions when they arrive," Tyrus says, resisting the urge to stare at this woman. He tries to gauge whether she is simply gorgeous or if there is some other force afoot.

"Ah, the Shadowfell....Of course, of course...That explains it! Umm, what's a Shadowfell?" Boghadair asks as he pops a candy into his mouth.

"And can I take a closer look at those Underdark leathers? Possibly the studded leather armor as well? What are the costs of those armors? The dragon bits sale will be for our group, and will be divided evenly, so I will be paying for any armor with my own coin."

Just before eating the candy Boghadair started to get a head ache but as the candy kicked in he felt fine.

Epheron said about the armor “ the Death  knight plate is 2000 gp while the rest are only 1500 gp each.  

The elven chain mail doesn’t require proficiency, the strength requirement is only 11 and there is no disadvantage to stealth.  AC is 17 and weight is only 40 lbs.

The albino crocodile studded leather armor has admantium studs.  Critical hits become normal to you while wearing it. You are resistant to all water effects. Your swimming speed is increased by 50%.  AC is 14 + your dexterity modifier with a weight of 15 lbs.

The Underdark leather functions like a cloak of elvenkind when not in direct light.  Metal ribs have been added to increase the AC to 12 plus your dexterity modifier.  In addition to the perception benefits once attuned to the armor, you can cast a darkness spell once a day.

Tyrus can not determine anything unusual about this barkeep except that everyone likes her.

Ian comes up behind Tyrus and says “Sorry to interrupt... where is everyone else?  Good day pretty lady .... have you asked about rooms yet?”

"Welcome, Ian. I have not seen the others, apparently we are the first to arrive. Were you able to find what you were looking for?" Tyrus greets Ian.

Boghadair whistles. "You sure have some pretty nifty armour!   Right-o!   I'll take the studded leather!  Here's 1100 gp worth of various coin.   Knock off 400 gp from the sale of the dragon bits and that should make us even!  That will leave 1600 gp for my mates for their share of the haul."

Boghadair hands him a purse after he counts out the appropriate amount of coin.
