As Abishai watches the fight unfold with interest, he's thinking of words that would go well in a ballad for this fight. 'The hero's strike true... the wyvern they slew... the giant's fame grew' Not bad, he thinks to himself... minus that last part. Quickly, his mind returns to the battlefield as Aralia gets stung by the wyvern. Abishai winces as he sees her chain shirt give way under the assault.
He walks over to Aralia and asks, "Are you okay?"
[[ OOC: Abishai casts cure wounds on Aralia healing 10 points of damage. ]]
After tending to Aralia and convinced she'll survive, Abishai would walk over to the berry with suspicion. Never seeing a berry of this size before, he inspects it.
Aralia gives a wave to the retreating giant as she doubles over trying to catch her breath. Abishai's spell seems to reenergize her and she stands tall again, sheathing her blade as the delirium of the wyvern's venom fades.
"I'll be fine," she assures, looking over the splattered remains of the wyvern's head, "If only the big oaf had done that sooner. At least he's going back where he belongs."
She then turns her attention to the strange berry as well. "Anyone ever seen one of these before? Hugnar--the giant--called them berries, but...isn't it more like a scaly fruit?"

Abishai takes a look at the giant berry as Aralia mentions it, though not too intently, and finds it to be very curious indeed. It's just about 4 foot tall when resting with it's stalk facing upwards, and said stalk is just a stump of very pale white wood that has splintered, assumedly since it was been torn off the enormous tree or vine it grew on by Hugnar. The berry itself has a thick, light blue skin that is almost glittering, and happens to be rather firm to the touch, but also slightly springy and rubbery against his fingertips, like that of a banana's, and this skin is formed by overlapping plates or scales made of the organic material, each plate growing downwards over each other to form very dense layers of scales across the entire fruit. That's all Abishai can discern without further Investigation.
Abishai, after making this initial check, looks far closer into the fruit and it's composition, trying to determine more things about it. He estimates it must weigh around 50lbs in total, which is quite hefty but fair considering it's size, and with some rough calculations he assumes its total diameter would have to be about 2 and half feet wide. He also notices that despite the poor conditions of the stem, the enlarged nature of the fruit allows him to see some of the vascular bundle running through it, which has just about managed to stay intact. Usually this network of organic pipes would carry water, sugars, and other nutrients about the plant, but this particular plant looks like it had glitter ruining through it's veins, as the pithy stem is dotted with bright blue sparkly dots. Abishai assumes this must mean the fruit was grown or fed on some sort of magic, if the fruit's giant size wasn't enough to determine that already. Finally, he determines that the skin of the fruit must be around 3 inches thick based on the way the scales are layered, and that's everything he could figure out without cutting the fruit open.
[Now that I think about it, I should have probably called for a nature check, especially for those details concerning the stem, but considering that there isn't much to see based on the fruit's outside, I think Investigation works just fine, as most of the examining is just making some estimates on it's weight and other stats!]
Abishai explains everything he's seeing to the group. "This is the weirdest fruit I've ever seen. Looks like maybe magic has helped it grow to this size." He then pulls out his dagger getting ready to cut off a slice, stopping short if anyone stops him. If not, he would proceed to cut open the fruit and taste it.
Also, are Wyverns edible? Or are their body parts sellable for making things? Not sure if that would be nature or survival, so rolling both, use whichever fits.
“Are we sure this doesn’t have to do with the balowang?….
things being strange coincidences…. I don’t believe in coincidences…” he finds his javalin and cleans it off before returning it to the porcupine collection of deadly objects on his back.
Aralia will take a minute to perform the Magical Cunning rite and regain a Pact slot. Ssha's mention of the fruit possibly being connected to the Balowang puts her on edge and she wants to be ready for anything.

“Are we sure this doesn’t have to do with the balowang?….
"You mean this is Balowang fruit? Hmm... I don't know about that." Abishai holds his dagger close to the fruit. "Anyone else want to try some? I can't eat this whole thing alone."
Silvosh trots up and gives the fruit a look, and realises that she may have heard of such a plant before. In areas of high magic, the plants that grow there can bear magical fruit, fed on primal magic, whether this be from the plant being watered with enchanted spring water or have its roots extend into an ancient dragon’s hoard.
Overall, working on the assumption that this is Primal Fruit, Silvosh imagines that whoever may consume it could potentially end up inheriting small parts of the raw magic within it. She then thinks about the wyvern; the most obvious thing to harvest would be the venom from its tail, as that makes a rather potent poison. The bones are also pretty sturdy, and although the skull has been smashed, the claws are just as sharp, if not sharper than the teeth. Finally, although Silvosh knows the meat tastes pretty poor without extensive preparation, the tough skin could be used for hide armour. However, all this is good and well, but the party currently does not have a method to transport the whole carcass to town, unless you plan to all drag it for many a mile.
Abathax looks at the Wyvern falling to the ground, and the giant strolling off afterwards. He gives a little nod
"Good fight, nice and quick." He doesn't show much interest in the fruit untill suggestions about magic come up. Than he comes closers
"Ill taste the fruit with you Abishai, but you go first."
