Once he gets inside he sees an ornately decorated room with a gruff scarred man with long black hair and two men standing next to him. One of the men has green skin pointed ears and antennas while the other man is the same one who Seraph saw in the Yahoy with a baseball bat earlier in the story.
((Can I get a reminder of who the baseball bat man is?))
Seraph looks to the green man up and down. He asks, "Are you... a Namekian?" He then turns to the scarred man "And you... who are you? You can't be Yamcha. That makes no sense."
(He was just a criminal who Seraph saw in the forest near the beginning of the story) The baseball bat man steps down and says “you’re gonna stop ask in questions and leave right now unless you want a beating”.
Seraph tries to come up with a plan. Right now it's 3 vs 3 but it could get messy if he keeps it that way. Scanning the room, he goes after the thug with the Bat. He tells his allies, "Focus down on one of them. We need to get the numbers advantage on our side."
Marking the Thug he swings his staff at him.
BA: Hex on Thug Quarter Staff 2H vs Thug: 8 to hit | Dmg: 11 Bash + 2 Necrotic
The thug dodges out of the way of the attack easily. On the namekian’s turn he jumps onto one of the rafters and watches eerily in silence. On Fioz’s turn he tries to throw something at the thug but he simply jumps over it. Yamcha stands up and easily slams Fioz into a wall dealing 9 damage to him. Udon slashes the thug across the chest with his sword and deals 7 damage.
Seraph’s kick sends the thug flying across the room. The Namekian keeps standing still in silence. While the thug is getting up Fioz hits him over the head for 10 damage. Then Yamcha grabs Fioz and punches him right in the gut which knocks him unconscious. The thug swings at Udon and misses and Udon retaliates by kicking him across the head which knocks the thug out cold.
Seraph looks to the Namekian in concern and then quickly goes after Yamcha. If the Namekian won't join, that's fine. Dealing with 1 person or running away from 1 person would be easier than trying to deal with two. He'd just have to try and take Yamcha down while Udon is still up. While Yamcha was distracted by Fioz, Seraph stealthily shifts his Mark to Yamcha and sneaks up behind him. Holding his staff tight he clonks him in the back of the head when he least expected it. He channels a good portion of his power into his staff to hit with maximum effect on the back attack. It was not the most honorable tactic but Seraph was not the most honorable fighter.

Fioz says “I don’t know why it would be here but I’ve seen some of these symbols before but I just can’t remember where”
"Time to find out." Seraph slowly pushes the door open.

Seraph didn't respond at first. Then he said, "No. Not until I either get answers, or the dragonball or both."
