Dorsar you could make a dex check to open the door really quickly. And I don't know what you could tell about the gas just by looking at it. I guess you could roll a high DC Int check.
Crom - it's the door in the tunnel you originally came through to get to the temple. What are you trying to tell about it?
Dorsar- Yeah, i know, if you want to do it really quickly just as Galdr shoots fire into it roll a dex check or sleight of hand, to see if you do it without letting gas in or burning all of you
Dorsar positions himself near the opening of the tunnel and gives a nod to Galdr, letting him know he's ready. Galdr begins to cast his spell just as Dorsar kicks the door open quickly and the spell fires creating a massive ball of flame in the centre of the room. The door recloses quickly, not letting any gas in the tunnel.
You all wait a moment and reopen the door, and see the temple is clear of gas again.
Dorsar Enters the room, seeing the riches begins to pick them up, fully planning to distribute them fairly, but he's going to take a quick look at each coin he picks up to see if any of them stand out as being different. Then he's going to reexamine the slot, is it about coin sized?
(he is to distracted by my bewitching good looks)
Dorsar
"Leave it to me, I'll open and close the door really quickly."
OOC is there a check like nature or something I can do to maybe find the nature of the cloud?

Dorsar
OOC I was talking about opening the door and closing it quickly so Gladr could burn it off.
"Give the word magic man, and I'll do the door, unless anyone else has any ideas? I can hold my breath for a really long time"
ooc: nevermind, cancelling my previous post

Flynt looks to everyone. "I have all of my spells in case we get hit by the fire."
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Dorsar
"Ok here we go!"
Dex (or slight of hand it's the same) 19
kay, Dorsar is able to pop the door open for just enough time for Galdr to do.... something fiery.
(Could wreckzorina just toss a torch inside?)
That probably wouldnt burn up a room full of gas
The gnome nods and says, “Let us see if this will clear the air.”
He utters an arcane language and a beam erupts from his finger.
OOC: Galdr casts Fireball with the centerpoint being the center of the sanctuary.

Are the benches still intact? Is there money laying around or items or anything?
All the pews are destroyed, there is silver, gold, and electrum pieces all over the ground. Thousands of each kind.
Flynt steps inside with his hand on his sword in case anything attacks.
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
The gnome smirks at the seemingly effective work of his spell. “Barring any other surprises, let’s distribute these. Share and share alike.”
OOC: Investigation to see if anything else lurks or is amiss. 25
Crom follows Flynt, not surprised anymore by the riches, considering it just another oddity of the damn place
Dorsar

All the coins, although ancient looking, are just normal currency. The slot in the wall could fit a coin in it.
