Lucan chimes in, "Dalia, It could be that someone is simply watching you using scouts along the five paths so that no matter which one you take it would be passed on to the bandits who are attacking your caravans. I suppose a well funded organization could have bandit groups on each route, but that seems a bit much.  Do you know the number of bandit and is it the same each time?  We could hideout in the wagons as a surprise to the bandits as well as have some cover."

Lucan looks to the others for any possible adjustment to his idea.

Now that they were talking business Salty wanted to know what they might be getting into.  "How many guards 'er ye fer havin' 'n where're they comin' from.  What number o' knaves fell on yer shipment, and were they fer havin' anything unusual 'bout 'em, matchin' tattoos, same colorin' fer cloths, anything ye recalls is fer bein' helpful."

Krakan smiles and speaks to her, “Dalia, we heard a rumor that someone was trying to buy you out, after going through all of this, the repeated attacks and so forth.  Who was it, that was attempting to buy you out?  Did they present legal papers, or a formal offer?  Have they kept trying, or been back in touch with you?  We are wondering if someone is trying to exert significant pressure on you, and this may relate to another matter that we are looking into.   Finally, do you know some of the names of the guards that were with you?  Or where they might have been hired?  Thank you so much.. in the end, I feel that we can help each other by gaining full understanding.”
