Krakan does not have advantage while in the Sand Cyclone. Attack as normal. Salty does have advantage due to Blind Fighting.

Krakan sees Samir in trouble out of the corner of his eye, he calls out, "Come and join us in the darkness, I can protect you, or do you want me to come to you?  Do you need help?"  He feels the biting sand of the sandstorm, he kicks out twice at Sandy Green, then moves 5 feet to the southeast, further depending on Samir's verbal response to his question.  He risks the AoO to get out of the area of the sand storm.  The darkness tracks with him, with his movement.

Kick 1 : 9 to hit, for 7 points of bludgeoning damage.  

Bonus action Kick 2 : 13 to hit, for 4 points of bludgeoning damage.

Bane is dismissed. 

Samir falls to the sand, unresponsive. Krakan does not hear a response to his questions. 

“Salty, I don’t hear Samir!  Like you can hear anything in this blasted sandstorm.  Is he okay, I can’t help him if he’s unconscious!”  The worry in Krakan’s voice is evident, yelling over the sound of the sand and the wind.
