“I’ve never seen the likes of these sculptures. Moving stones this big must hold some powerful magics. I can’t tell what they are saying, but they seem to be repeating it. Perhaps it is a warning message, or a welcome message left by the locals.”
Which path do you take? Tree Mushroom or Ice. The river is running along the path leading to ice. The path to the tree zigzags as it goes up the base of a mountain. The mushroom path looks like it goes into a narrow cleft valley.
“Choices, choices choices. Well, we have little guy so I suggest we go to the mushroom path. Maybe someone, err, something there is looking for him, err, or is it her?”

"We were told the Myconids wouldn't like us though, so we may want to avoid them. Since we're looking for mountains, I vote ice"
If it helps, remember the Campestri stayed at the ship. The ice route follows the river, the tree route ascends a mountain, the mushroom route enters a narrow cleft…
Magoo points to the narrow cleft, Tori nods toward the river, Lyra Krakle?
Krakel shares his thoughts. “I believe if our mission is to collect stone then we take the ice path. The head said ”the stone in the center is like ice”. I’m certainly not a master of puzzles but that is my take on it.”
“I also agree with avoiding the myconids for the time of the dandy-lion warned us of them. The lion seems to be an ally or at least not an enemy which makes me feel we may be able to trust its advice.” He laughs a little and adds, ”But what do I know I’ve never met a lion made of flowers that speaks like a fae.”
"Me too, not sure what to do though." She says to Magoo.
"Do you speak common?" *She asks the rock things, getting a little closer*
{Giant} "Do you speak Giant?"
As Tori try’s to talk with the stone heads they do not respond. As you perhaps approach and a little time passes they again repeat their messages…
“The roots of the Tree are deep in the rock.”
“The mushrooms are deeper.”
“The stone in the center is like ice.”
“I am a leaf on the wind! Watch how I soar.”
{By any chance, or the stone heads speaking in Sylvan? That may be the common language of this world...}

They only speak primordial. With an intelligence check DC 12
There’s a path in the direction that each head is facing they seem to be indicating which path goes where.
“I am a leaf on the wind! Watch how I soar.”
Lyre Intelligence check 10, she misses it.

"There’s a path in the direction that each head is facing they seem to be indicating which path goes where."
Lyra will update the map she's making to show the carved rocks and the paths, labeling each path with what that stone head is saying.
