Pat turns to Hrain and says “if you reckon that git over there cheated, that’s good enough for me. The question is what are we going to do about these sel-righteous bits. Smack them around a bit? If so I’m in!”

"Put down your weapons," Evers demands as she grips her sword now and glaring. "If you want to remain out here among us and not in one of those cells," she adds grimacing.
"We can confirm that the cells are wonderfully cozy and well-apportioned for your typical field mouse!" Nicknack calls out from the cell, trying to cover Folzi's work with some loud banter.

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
"I'd say that was exactly what we are going to do, I have no problem with teaching this lying bastard a lesson, whatever airs and graces he thinks his fancy armour gives him." Hrain replies to Pat with a grin. "To be fair, I don't have a problem with her, but this one needs to be put in his place." He finishes pointing at Turner. "Just remember, you drew steel first and your master will be able to draw from you that you have lied, last chance to own up, you only have to deal with her then." He says to Turner, gesturing to Evers at the end.
(OOC: I'm not sure what comment about the game that I made which you are referring to, but in Post 2370 you said that we could hear the game.)
"Hey, watch it," Folzi says pulling his hand back and putting it to his mouth to relieve some of the pain. "Im not bringing trouble. That's what you're going to get when we get where we're going. C'mon now, are you really just going to sit here and do nothing? Do you not have any fight left in you?" He sighs then continues, "Besides, I'm not breaking us out of here yet. Just trying to be ready when we have the chance." He gives the board another pull hoping for some help from the other side.

While Nicknack keeps up the commotion, Lyra will try and go to work together with Folzi to try and loosen the board (Im guessing even with advantage its probably not gonna work tho). If the piece of wood still holds up, she will then take a step closer and try to investigate whether there is any chance to detach the board with a little legerdemain, for example by wiggling it into some weak corner, or perhaps breaking the board by chilling it witha little magic (Investigation: 4).
OOC: I am saying y'all are not focused on that. As if your attention is elsewhere meaning not paying particular attention to the goes on. I didn't say you can't make out what's being said I mean without having focused on them it'd be hard to pick through the banter leading up to the fight. I give guys what's with all the push back? There's no line of sight and hasn't been any real interaction on the SoTs part and the caster party.

Evers steps uplifting a hand crushing a vail of blood casting bane on both Pat and Hrain. CHA save DC15.
"You will yield," Evers growls backing Turner throwing the table to the side.
Turner grimacing no longer speaks he holds up his greatsword casting hunter's mark and striking at Hrian Attack: 12 Damage: 9; if 20 the target takes an extra 7 damage; if hit an additional 3 of radiant damage from hunter mark!
Hrian up!
Pat on deck!
OOC: I'd say it a 15ft by 15ft space we're in all huddled together with 5ft of space between us having Evers tossed the table over.
"I lost my entire clan in the fighting in the Gales," the voice hisses at Folzi. "People pulled us out of your rooms onto the streets and killed most until the Shepherds stopped them! We're aware of the possibility of death but we're not inviting it," the older voice says. "So, no I'm not particularly interested in a fight unless you can guarantee me and the ones under my care are going to make it out alive," it adds firmly in a whisper.
Folzi with Lyra is able to pry off the board. It's about 2ft high and 8ft long and comes free with a wrenching sound but the guards are far too absorbed in the mounting fight to notice the sound!

Hrain feels the spell bite in from Evers as his reactions seem to suffer, but as Turner mistime his strike Hrain sees an opportunity to retaliate.
Reaction - Riposte attack 27 minus 2 for 15 damage (superiority die included.
Pressing forward Hrain launches several more attacks trying to take the paladin down quickly. "You are scum, you know that, you'd attack someone because they caught you cheating at cards, pathetic."
Attack [1roll]1d20+9[/roll] minus 4 for 9 damage
Attack 2 14 minus 4 for 12 damage
Using Disarming Strike on Attack 1 dc17 Str check or disarmed - additional damage 6
For my bonus action can I kick the sword out of the way if he drops it, ideally dragging it back behind Hrain?
OOC I'm scared of triggering the" cheating" message so I'm re rolling attack 1 here but keeping the same Bane and damage rolls from above. 21
OOC Damn it! The first attack was 25 originally and the Disarming strike damage was 1. Honest!

As the wooden board finally gives in, Lyra quickly stashes it at one of the nearby cell walls to prevent further noise. She then turns to the two gnomes, a look of uncertainty on her face. "Nice one, but how do we proceed from here? You two are probably much quicker in terms of moving in there..." she says while pointing at the narrow passage they just created.
Because Hrain damaged Turner and its a concentration spell, call it jealousy Hrain used to be a captain in a detention camp and didn't have a single magic item to his name ;)

“I’ve not got a bone to pick with you Ma’am, your cheatin’ friend that’s another matter entirely. I suggest that you put down your sword and I’ll put down mine and we let these two sort it out!” Pat says to Evers. He lowers his sword but readies (ready action) it in case Evers makes an offensive action against himself or Hrain.
"Drop. Your. Sword," Ever responds her tone full of venom not giving Pat or Hrian an inch. "You dishonor yourself by believing your friend's lies," her expression remaining hard. "Reason is done. You've threatened members the Lady of Golden Light. You've raised weapons against us on our own vessel! This will old end in death or chains for both of you," she adds.
Turner continues to sneer at Hrian who's landed a hit but the others only glanced him is his brilliant gold armor. Evers holds her longsword point into Pat's face readying an attack if he does not drop his sword.
"Comply now," Ever then shouts angrily as Turner pivots and strikes two more blows on Hrian.
