"Heading into the jungle, are you? I sure hope you come back out. The jungle is a dangerous place, you'll need some special items to help you survive. The market is full of such items."

"Once we split the reward with the sailors, we should seperate at least 150 gold to hire a guide and split the remaining gold to each of us. After that, we could check the market to buy our supplies for our search.

We just need to finalize things on what guide we should get and for how long. Since we're staying for a good amount of time in the wilderness, I'm placing my vote to hire Qawasha, the Emerald Conclave druid."

Gynugri scratches his head as he tries to remember something. He mumbles for a bit before reminding the rest for an important fact.

"Wait, we still don't have a place to stay tonight. Any particular place you suggest Harbormaster?"

" Well, there's either the Thundering Lizard if you're looking for a raucous time, or Kaya’s House of Repose if you want a good night’s sleep. Guides frequent both locations."

"Excellent - thank you, Harbormaster. I vote Thundering Lizard - must be a reference to some sort of blue dragon, I imagine."

(Melanthios telepathically adds his approval from outside the building.)

Nobody look as if he might rebel against the idea of raucous place. But after a moment's pause, he squints and nods sagely to himself.

"I suppose that is fine. It would provide an opportunity to meet a wider variety of people no doubt. Still not certain of the matter og uides, but.. maybe someone at the Thundering Lizard will be able to provide further insight on that matter? Speaking of insight--" 

Nobody turns to the harbormaster with a pleasant smile.

"I do not suppose you know of anything regarding temples, or locations places of magicalll items and the like might exchange hands frequently?"

Gene takes a moment to phrase his opinion, "I can sleep through everything."

"Sir harbormaster, what else do you think we should prepare before heading out to the jungle? And what of it can be done this day so we can be off before the first light tomorrow?"

"Well, I won't have your money 'till tomorrow, so you probably won't be able to leave immediately. If you want to know exactly what you need, ask a guide. They definitely know more than me about survival in the jungle. Well, most of them know more than me about survival in the jungle."

"Lucky you." 

Nobody says sarcastically, giving the goblin a smirk.

"Just give me one good second sir."

Nobody pulls out a paper and hastily jots down a number of things. Chief among them being both the party's name, and where they could be found in an emergency (Thundering Lizard).

"Here ya go. Not sure where our other friend left off to, but I included his name along with all of ours, as well as that of good captain that can collaborate our story. Sooo, unless you think you might need us to guarantee the captive makes it where you need him to go next, we should take off for now. But! I promise that we will be here first thing in the morning to finish sorting our affairs. Sound... reasonable?" 

Nobody asks the harbormaster.

"Very good. Now off with you."

Tab steps outside, blinking in the bright sunlight. Seeing Mel, he goes over and says "Bounty doesn't get paid til tomorrow. We should head over to the Noisy Gecko or whatever and see about getting some rooms, a guide, and most importantly, drinks."

"So we still have to wait for tomorrow for the bounty..."

Gynugri rubs his chin as he contemplates on what to do.

"We have a lot of free time to spare, huh. I guess I'll be spending the afternoon asking the Thundrering Lizard's patrons of rumors regarding the magical artifact we're seeking. Perhaps do some window shopping after that too."

The small goblin follows Tab outside as they walk to the aforementioned inn.

(Do you see Mel, though? :P)

(It's hard to beat a 25 roll for stealth.)

"That's just some random beggar Tab. I know it's confusing to differentiate him from the those kind of people."

Gynugri attempts to find their missing member among the crowd.

"Where in tarnation is he? I can't seem to find him. Do you think those flying monkeys got him?"

Mel appears in front of Gyungri (Performance just for fun: 5).

"Got the money?"

Gynugri stares blankly after watching Melanthios non-stellar performance.

"Good thing you're not a bard Melanthios. As for your query, I have some unfortunate news. The bounty won't be with us until tomorrow as Harbormaster Zindar doesn't have enough gold to give us.

We decided to hang out at the Thundering Lizard to rent a room and talk to locals and guides that might be there. I'll also have a plan to take a stroll on the markets of Port Nyanzaru for magical artifacts if we have enough time after that."

The goblin whispers sweet words to their fickle rouge.

"The bounty is so large that even if we divide it among ourselves and the sailor crew, I'm confident we could buy magic items and still have spare gold. That's why I'm planning to browse the stores later this evening."

Melanthios grunts in agreement.

"Anything that increases our chance of survival is always good."

He will follow the rest of the group to the Thundering Lizard, where he'll set up in a corner (preferably facing the door).

Gene will look for Qawasha on the way and ask around in the Thundering Lizard as well. If/when found, he will take him to the group and inquire about supplies required and possible dangers.

Nobody gave a fancy, open palm clap for the performance. 

"Well done, my good man." 

He said cheerfully before the group moved on to effectively explore the city. For the most part from then on, Nobody walked on behind the others, though trailing them slightly as his interest flickered from one interesting aspect of Port Nyanzaru to the other. He kept his eyes open especially for any sign of Flying Monkeys, having promised himself to not leave the land without having made one his familiar.

As you are all talking, none of you notice Ortimay walk up to you, flanked by a Grig and another sailor. She looks Pissed.

"Hey you! Yeah, you guys! Did you really think that you could just take my reward and walk away? Hand it over!"
