Lucky is pretty hurt after being blasted by acid. Not able to withstand many more of these explosions, he casts Cure Wounds on himself.

Then, noting that Recwyin is aiming at the Zurkwood still blocking their escape, he casts Bardic Inspiration on him as he yells out, "You've got this, Recwyin. Aim true and stories about your bravery will echo in the ears of every barmaid in therealms!"
Bardic Inspiration
As a bonus action, a creature within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d6). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.
Combat Inspiration
A creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you can roll that die and add the number rolled to a weapon damage roll, or, when an attack roll is made against the creature, it can use its reaction to roll the die and add the number rolled to its AC against that attack, after seeing the roll but before knowing whether it hits or misses.
After Lucky cures himself and encourages Recwyin, Recwyin looses his arrow and hits the Zurkwood with a fatal shot. Recwyin moves towards the exit, and sees the two Tree corpses are still somewhat blocking the exit.

Bigsby takes a swing at the remaining Guard with his mace: Attack: 13 Damage: 6, and then moves towards the exit with Recwyin.
The hue larval fungus creature moves towards Lucky, Rhogar and Garruk and unleashes a cloud of spores. (Lucky and Rhogar make me some con saves, Garruk doesn't have to)

Garruk moves near lucky and straight up murders one of the Myconid guards.
The massive larval entity quivers, and the guard falling to the ground erupts in a shower of gore, offal, and acid.

So the remaining Zurkwood is very burnt but still standing, Garruk ran over and bit and clawed at the Myconid guard who was standing by Lucky.
As the guard fell down dead the large Larval entity caused the guards corpse to erupt in a spray of gore and acid.
Bigsby, Lucky, and Rhogar all take 10 acid dmg from the spray,
**And Recwyin got his bow raised and aimed at the Zurkwood, but he wont fire until after Lucky's turn**
