Aeros- who apperantly forgoes a bit of his stealth to make sure he is paying attention will look around to see any signs of habitation or movement. As he would like to light a torch but knows it could attract unwanted attention, he forgoes the obvious in hopes that multiple eyes will not miss something important.
Great rolls. While it is actually dark, the three of you (Aeros, Waft, and Chenna) managed to safely reach the barn, also thanks to Chenna also give some help so that the rest of you don't bump into stuff.
There, three of you each take a peek from the barn's window and see the interior filled with broken boxes, unused sacks of grain, and some rusty farm tools. The barn is lightened by few torches that is lined on its walls. In the middle of the room, stood three figures: TWO HUMAN IN HEAVY ARMOR WITH SWORD ON THEIR WAIST, and a YELLOW-HAIRED MALE ELF WITH TRIBAL-LIKE DRAGON TATOO ON HIS SIDE OF HIS FACE. The elf is holding something round and covered in leather.
"I think it would be best of we wait until the one holding the egg is alone before we take it."
As Waft whispers to his comrades while keeping the hood on his cloak up (which apparently is part of traveler's clothes), in an attempt to hide his appearance.

Aeros whispers. "Well this is supposed to be an illegal purchase, if you go down atleast go down with the money the harper gave us just incase something goes wrong. You should have one body guard as well, seeing as he has 2. The rest will wait incase things go south. If they do signal everyone"

Chenna would like to check if there's other exits and a bit about the door as well - can it be locked/barred easily from the outside? (perception/investigation check (both are +0) in case needed: 3).
Chenna whispers to others, "Lots of flammable material, some torches.. things may get hot if you catch my meaning. And we don't have to be in there for it. They should be a lot more amenable to negotiations once they cool down."

Aeros will think for a second and then agree, "alright, but give me a second, if it does devolve into a good tissy, im not getting blood on my favorite shirt",
he removes his blue vest and yellow shirt, but puts the vest back on still unbuttoned. Pale as ever. Bare skin easily seen around the small but loose vest. Then re-dons his shield. "Ok im ready" and will follow vortrin in when he does.
Then aeros will make a cheeky smile to chenna "we had the same idea" and will hand them one of the bottles of alcohol. "Good for burning" while keeping the other on himself.
(she just tell you the merchant was a dragonborn, but does not specify his/her color)

Okay, so VORTRIN, WAFT, and AEROS enters the barn while CHENNA and VICLAS wait outside as backup. VORTRIN poses as the merchant while the two Genasi acts his bodyguard.
As the three of you enters the Barn building, the TATTOOED ELF greets you with a soft voice, still carrying the spherical bundle of leather.
"Greetings Sir Agvreran, we have received your payment from your envoy last day. We carry our end of the deal"

The TATTOOED ELF dismantles the common-looking leather bundle, layer by layer. Inside the bundle, it revealed a rough-skinned egg. (about as big as basketball, but not perfectly round)
"Remarkable, isn't it"
The three of you (Waft, Aeros, Vortrin) may make an Intelligence (Nature) check.

From the look of it, the three of you are sure that the egg does look natural. Vortrin also tries to see through the corners of the barn, but find no one else except the three figure in front of you.

"we'd like to ask you to not move an inch here. We'll left the egg here where I stand. Me and my men leave. You may pick it only when me and my men are not here any more" said the TATTOOED ELF.

"As a part of our protocol to ensure the safety of our client, please remove the package's cover from where you stand.
After our client confirms its authenticity, please hand it to one of your guards while one of us takes it."
Waft will also attempt to check what kind of leather is used to cover the spherical object.
