Gail gives a quick thanks to Scarlett for the healing, then takes a deep breath (second wind) to heal herself more. She then moves closer to the enemy (moved 30' on map). With the monster too far out of reach, Gail sends a pair of javelins at the beast (disadvantage for range)

Bonus action: Second wind for 11 HP
Move action: Move 30' closer
Attack action: Attack with Javelin twice with disadvantage.
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 11 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

If either hits, will use Tactical Master to impose SAP (disadvantage on next attack roll before the start of my next turn) and will spend a superiority die to make it  a Goading attack (6 more damage and DC WIS 17 save or have disadvantage on any attack that isn't at Gail.

Hmm, guess I didn't enter the damage dice right, Here's a couple of javelin damage rolls from the character sheet: 7, 9

Gail was trying to get it's attention directed at her, it looks like she succeeded. Now all she needs to do is survive it's attention....

 A moderately harder task

For the Behir's turn 

(Recharge 3)

First, the Behir charges at Gail and attempts to bite them

Attack: 13 Damage: 19 Plus 10 Lightning damage

And then the Behir wraps its great coils around you, and attempts to constrict you

Strength saving throw

Gail blocks the bite with her enchanted shield (AC 23), then tries to not get wrapped up in it's coils.

Strength Save: 29
Also has several features that allow rerolling failed saves.

 Take half of 27 as you slip through its coils

Since the Behir hit Gail and is within 5 feet of Musashi, using his Sential feat, Musashi gets to use his reaction to make one melee weapon attack against the Behir (before Musashi takes his turn)-

Maul Attack: 21 Damage: 16

• NOTE #1: If that attack hits, the Behir’s speed becomes zero for the rest of this turn. It cannot move any further to target anyone else or retreat.
• NOTE #2: Using Musashi's Topple Mastery, the Behir much pass a DC17 CON Saving Throw or else it falls Prone.

The attack slams into the Behir

Seeing the beast withstand his initial blow, Musashi doesn't falter.  He adjusts his grip on the heavy iron maul, his breathing becoming slow and rhythmic as he enters a zen-like state of focus.

"A sturdy hide" Musashi mutters, "but even the tallest mountain can be weathered by the storm."

Bonus Action: Fighting Spirit (10 Temp HP, Advantage on all attacks this turn)

• Maul Attack #1: 21 Damage: 19
• Maul Attack #2: 27 Damage: 17

• NOTE #1: On EACH hit, using Musashi's Topple Mastery, the Behir much pass a DC17 CON Saving Throw or else it falls Prone.

Gail and Musashi are right next to each other...that first attack by Musashi in post #132 was not part of Musashi's round.  It was Musashi's Opportunity Attack, per the Sentinal Feat:

 I know about the first attack, i was simple trying to say that it wasn't your turn and the turn wouldn't affect anything yet

(Also, as a house rule, any character is allowed to speak out of turn, as well as the monsters)

The Behir hisses towards Musashi, "Leave me in peace, I must guard it"
