OOC: Holy <bleep> ... a whopping 7 damage? Heck, will the dragon even feel that small of a pin prick?! This is not turning out so well in our favor...
Etriel Darastrix still has plenty of slots to cast Command—and the DC isn't easy to pass for the Dragon. We should still be able to block him often. If we try to deal as much damage as possible when we block him, we should be able to eliminate him before our Eladrin Huntress runs out of slots. We can save our friend.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Double blizzard for the lizard, and a little funeral music to match!" Necyra keeps her left hand locked forward, maintaining the freezing, swirling vortex pinning the dragon to the cavern floor. With her free hand, she points through the driving sleet at the massive, bleeding beast. The sound of ghostly, dissonant bells begins to echo loudly through the cavern walls, vibrating right through the dragon's scales.
Necyra casts cantrip spell Toll the Dead (whilst maintaining concentration on her Sleet Storm spell)
The dragon must pass a DC16 WIS saving throw or suffer from 7 necrotic damage.
OK, 60 feet is still out of reach to attack this round.
Gail will move 30 feet closer to the dragon and throw her remaining 3 javelins at the dragon.
Attack 1: 17 to do 11 piercing damage Attack 2: 18 to do 8 piercing damage Attack 3: 29 (crit) to do 12 piercing damage
Will spend a superiority die on attack 3 for a Goading strike DC 17 WIS save or has disadvantage on targets other than Gail to the end of her next turn. If I understand correctly, All dice rolled as part of the crit attack are doubled, so rolling 2d10 additional damage

Etriel Darastrix, noting the effectiveness of her technique, applies the same one again: she storms the Dragon with arrows with her Longbow, then again calls upon the magical powers derived from her draconic blood and again commands the Dragon, in its own language: "Halt!"
The Eladrin Huntress keeps her position, this time.
[[ OOC: Action: Multiattack with Longbow. Bonus Action: Quickened Command at cost of 2 Sorcery Points - since Innate Sorcery is active, the DC of the Wis save to avoid the effect is 17. She speaks the Command in Draconic, to be sure the Dragon understands it. ]]
Command: the Dragon must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or follow the command on its next turn. Choosen command: Halt. The Dragon doesn’t move and takes no action or Bonus Action.

Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?

Gail is up, anyway, I think.

Can Gail reach the dragon? Does that put her in an ongoing AOE spell?
The dragon is sixty feet away. And I don't think it does. I might be wrong.

All but the first hit.

Forgot to mention that Gail's mastery of javelins inflicts the slow condition, -10 of movement. Not cumulative though.
Currently. I don't have a turn nor do I have movement.

Blink: Etriel Disappears on 4-6: 4
[[ OOC: OK; so Blinking this time ]]
And after shooting arrows and casting her magical draconic command, the Foreign Traveler disappears into thin air.
