Unfortunately, Gail doesn't act until after the beholder does, so she'll have to wait for everyone else and see what the beholder does. Which is likely just throwing a couple of javelins unless someone can bring down to the ground and keep it there.
Musashi doesn't give the creature a second to blink. As JoJo's arrows thud into the creature's hide, Musashi launches himself from the shadow of the pillar. The stone floor cracks under the force of his push-off as his maul’s magic kicks in (Enspelled Maul of Fly), lifting him into the air like a vengeful comet.
"You've looked down on enough people" Musashi growls, the maul whistling through the stale air. "Time to see what the ground looks like up close."
NOTE: With every swing, Musashi is swinging downwards, trying to knock the Beholder downwards to the ground.
Bonus Action: Musashi activate's his Samurai Fighting Spirit
Special notes for the DM for Musashi's attacks:
Maul Topple: On EVERY hit, the Beholder must succeed on a DC 15 CON Save or be knocked Prone. If it fails, it falls 20ft to the ground.
Great Weapon Master (feat): The first time I hit this turn, add +4 damage. I think this only applies once per round.
Great Weapon Master (feat): If I score a Critical Hit, I can make one additional attack as a Bonus Action.
Crusher (feat): Once per turn, if I hit, I move the Beholder 5ft to an unoccupied space (downward).
Crusher (Critical): If any hit is a Nat 20, all attacks against the Beholder have Advantage until the start of my next turn.

EDIT JoJo stays within 10 feet of Scarlett as she moves below.
Scarlett will move 30' up to the beholder and position herself directly below it, hopefully in its blindspot.
Unable to reach the floating creature with a melee attack, she will cast Fire Bolt
To hit 16 Damage 16 (13 fire + 3 force)

Unfortunately the beholder will have a chance to pop back up before Gail goes 🙁 Have to wait to see what the beholder does before I can post Gail's actions.
Etrus moves to take cover behind the nearest pillar. He draws a wand from his side and casts magic missile at third level, using his action.
Five tiny spectral darts whizz out and strike at five of the Beholders eyes for 14 force damage.

Musashi plant his feet, the weight of his maul a comforting anchor. He sees the eye stalks twitching wildly as the Beholder realizes its rays aren't stopping the armored man in its face. "Is that all?" Musashi grunts, a grim smile tugging at his lips. "My training dummy was harder than that light show."
He shifts his weight, ready for the Beholder’s actual turn. If the creature tries to retreat to the ceiling, Musashi is perfectly positioned to bring it right back down...
(Sentinel Opportunity Attack)(@DM: if the Beholder moves more that 5ft from Musashi, Musashi automatically gets an opportunity attack to knock it back down, keeping it prone against the ground).
