Marin calls out to Dirk and Onji, whoever may be near, "Give me a boost up."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”

Onji in a calm voice but still spitting obscenities and a face full rage, "%#$*!#!$%...I am coming Marin...I will boost you as soon as...%#$*!#!$%...I get there...%#$*!#!$%#$*!#!$%" Is striding through the water as fast as his dash move will push him.
First round Onji and Marin, you are both on the lower deck. You have half-movement. One of you can try to get through the hole following the same rules as described in the earlier post (I assume it is either Marin getting the help from Onji or Onji trying)

(ooc: is that considered just to be movement and I get to do other stuff? and if I can make an attack could I get advantage for coming up through the hole behind them when they are focused on Dirk coming through the door?)

Marin, give me a stealth check. On 8 or higher, you’ll have Advantage on your first attack for being unseen. Regardless of the result, you still have your Action and Bonus Action once you've pulled yourself up.
Onji, if you have a Bonus Action you wish to take this turn, you may do so. For any future turns, you can certainly try to attack through the hole with a ranged weapon, but because of the awkward vertical angle and the jagged flooring, those attack rolls will be made with Disadvantage.
Marin will scramble up through the hole and move to attack the nearest zombie (1?) and catch it unawares with his shortsword.
Attack: 19 Damage: 12 piercing damage.
And then because of the Nick weapon mastery I can make another attack with my dagger (no STR or DEX bonus).
Attack: 22 Damage: 2 piercing damage.

Onji wants to get through the hole himself. I assume I have to wait until my next turn as there is no bonus action I can do? Unless someone can explain what I can do as a bonus action that is not shooting an arrow at disadvantage.

You have to wait for your next turn and use your Dash to get the required movement speed to climb through the hole (+ the Athletics check). That means you won't be able to attack on round 2 as well. Please consult your character sheet for the available bonus actions for your character, e.g. I saw you can use Second Wind to heal yourself if you wished.
I wanted to make it clear that you can still attack from the lower deck on the next turn (round 2) if you want (using your Action) even if you have Disadvantage on that attack, otherwise it looks like you'd have to wait until round 3 to attack, that's all.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Marin's attacks with his sword leave Zombie 1 in quite a beaten state before the fight has even begun properly. While the rogue is slashing at it with his blades, the mindless creature attempts to slam itself into Dirk near the entrance. Attack: 22 Damage: 3
On the other side, the second zombie sways towards Ash, its milky eyes fixed on the druid as it lashes out with its heavy, decaying arms. Attack: 10 Damage: 5
No need, I would say all of you have a line of sight to the zombies, even through the hole in the floor or through the hole where the door to the cabin used to be. For a normal attack with a ranged weapon, Irtos would have disadvantage but I allow spells in this case
Ash's staff connects with a loud thudand a wet squelch, sending sprays of brine and grey flesh across the rotting walls of the cabin. The zombie’s chest cavity collapses under the blow but that doesn't stop it moving.
Irtos will look from the hatch below over to the door to the room, and start heading in that direction (being careful not to step into the open hatch!). She pray and gesture to call Divine Flame upon the zombie Ash had just smashed.
DC 13 Dex save to avoid 8 radiant damage
{If Dirk takes that one out first, then target the other zombie...}

^ If you or anyone else would like to DM, please go ahead.
Otherwise, as I have warned already before, wait for your turn.

(OOC: Even with disadvantage you're still likely to hit a zombie. They are among the easiest targets out there...}

Ash will use his bonus action to cast Shillelagh
He will then strike the creature with his staff.

Damage, if hits: 6
"Persistent aren't they." he states as he makes his attack.
