Although still at a tidbit of a loss, Lothia swiftly put two things together between all the shouting, and soon joined in the staring down of the Harpy in the crows nest. Except as the goliath did so, she called redirected whatever lingering magic of her curse up to the harpy, before ripping from her book a warbling mass of verdant toned magic and sending it sailing right for the head of the harpy from her place by the stairway entrance!
Bonus Action: Move Hex to Harpy, giving it disadvantage on it's dexterity checks.
Action: Cast Sorcerous Burst at Harpy. To Hit: 22 For: 7 Psychic and 2 Necrotic Damage.
Head and hat poking out from the cabin, Pev flicks his brass headgear and the now familiar embers and sparks flit from his head towards the Harpy above.
"Why Dev, ye really asking what oi got up to in the privacy of moi bedroom? Is Dev is short for Deviant?" Paddy quirks his brow-ridge at the gnomish warrior, before he runs his forked tongue lasciviously over the edges of his scaled mouth. "Let's just say oi know how t' show a lady a good toime, heh heh!"
A bolt hisses as it is loosed from his crossbow, arcing up through the tangle of ratlines and halyards at their filthy foe.
ACTION: Attack with Light Crossbow. To hit: 20. Damage: 10. BONUS ACTION: None. MOVEMENT: Taking cover behind a crate, barrel or mast if anything is available nearby.
With the exception of the radiant magic, every attack finds its mark. The harpy looks absolutely furious and somewhat hurt as it shakes its wings, but that ferocious expression suddenly melts as it begins to sing. A magical melody echoes through the air, a song so beautiful it is unlike anything you've heard before.
Everyone, please make a Wisdom saving throw. On DC below 11, you become charmed.
(OOC: For the life of me, I cannot remember why I thought it wouldn't matter as a warlock. But turns out, warlocks ARE proficient in wis saves, so that's an 11!)

Pev, you feel so drawn to the beautiful melody that you begin walking toward its source, completely enamored and oblivious to anything around you. All you can think about is how much you need to reach that mast!
Everyone else manages to shake off the eerie magic. Your minds clear as the song loses its grip on you, and you are all now immune to the harpy's song for the next 24 hours. Pev, however, remains entranced, though you will get to repeat your Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of your turns to try and break the spell.
Dev chuckles at Paddy. "I gotta ask Paddy. Did she have a voice like that too. Gotta say, that there flyin' turkey got a voice like an angel." He shudders as he raises his bow once more and sends another arrow up at the creature.

Lothia swayed to and fro to the song as if dancing for a bit, only to snap out of it looking righteously pissed off. "What the--! Okay darling, you've just moved your bottom straight up my list! And I don't mean my fun one either!" The goliath's ire further manifests itself as another warbling mass of energy her hand, and one she had no problem flinging up at the Harpy!

"If ye call squealin' and sighin' singing... the lass was fit for the bleedin' opera, heh heh." Paddy chuckles crudely, before snapping another bolt into his crossbow.
"But don't be tricked by that shrivelled ol' stork up there! She'll tempt ye to yer doom! That's no melody, it's sorcery! Oi, Polly! Give over with that racket, will ye?"

The red-haired sorceress gives Pev a concerned look as he seems enthralled by the singing, and she quickly unleashes more sorcerous fire at the winged hag, hoping to shut her up.
The singing comes to an abrupt stop as every single attack lands with deadly precision. For a heartbeat, the harpy looks down at the party in stunned disbelief. The skin around her lips shrivels and turns a sickly grey where Lothia's necrotic damage takes root, her feathers are scorched and smoking, and multiple projectiles protrude from her chest.
Then, her eyes glaze over completely. She drops from the crow's nest like a stone, crashing heavily onto the wooden planks of the main deck with a dull, final thud just in front of Pev who's suddenly aware he's walked the whole way to the main mast under the creature's luring song spell.
"Heh heh, that's what you get fer calling us thieves, ye dirty birdie!" Paddy snickers and kicks the lifeless harpy in the ribs, before it dawns on him that his effusiveness may be revealing a little too much than intended.
He shakes his head ruefully at the sadistic vulturine woman, and begins checking her corpse for any gems or trinkets on her person. After a moment, he turns his scaled head towards Pev. "Ye alrioight there, lad? She's no bother to anyone now."
