Copper's ears twitch as he hears the voices outside. A low growl escapes from his throat, and his axe finds its way into his clawed grasp. "We've got company." he says as he stalks towards the door, ready to deal with any conflict that might occur.
Still gazing longingly at the silver frame, Kinnik snaps to attention at Copper's warning. In Olen's voice he says, "Oh dear, this isn't good."
Kinnik draws his poniard by its copper wire-wrapped hilt and ducks to one side of the door (behind Cap, if possible). In Copper's voice he says, "They'll never see us coming"
Suddenly realizing that Vasha is still outside, gigantic, and overcome with the euphoria (?) of her spell, he gestures frantically at her to come in.
Vasha still has her head resting on the wall, eyes shut to focus on the lingering tingle of her spell. He lithely brushes at Kinnik's mystical hand, "Go 'way, I don' wanna go yet. Damn it, bird-brain, I hear'em." Her form was already half the size it had grown to and she began to lumber back to her feet, "Y'know it sounds like they're after the same thing as us. I don't like competition."

"Stuff whatever you've found in your pack 'n get ready to run. I don't think there's any talkin our way out of ransacking Daela's office, and a drawn out fight will just waste time."
Just as Copper suggests they should hightail it out of the room, the voices are right outside the door.
"Hey Daela, a little birdie told us you found somethin' interesting-"A lizardfolk wearing darkened leathers appears in the doorway. He abruptly stops talking once he sees all of you in the office. His eyes narrow as you see a few others behind him.
(Passive or rolled Perception of 12 or better shows you the details in the spoilers about these people.)
There are a total of 5 of them huddled around the door. There is another lizardfolk wearing similar grab to the one who just spoke. A human who seems to be dressed a bit plainly. A half-elf who wears robes and has a wand in his hand. Finally, the last person is hard for you to place. Copper, however, knows it's a Yuan-ti. Sharn is very big and populous, but it's rare to see one even here.
"That ain't him."A voice calls from behind the lizardfolk.
"Who are you people?" A half-elf peeks his head through the door, "What are you doing here?"
"Isssn't it obviouss?" A slithery voice taunts from the hall, "They're here for the goodsss."
"Well fellows,"someone else says out in the hall, "time to do what you're paid to do."
"With pleasure..." The lizardfolk grins as he steps forward brandishing a shortsword.
We are beginning combat!
A reminder about how turns work in combat: just post your turn when you get a chance and the DM will sort it out for you. Please try to be specific and include any backup plans if you feel they are necessary (for example, "If that guy days, I will hit this guy instead). DM will always try to talk to you or redirect your spells/attacks in a way that is beneficial to you if you can't be reached for a change of action.
Also, Cap/Copper/Kinnik/Shroud have a tying passive initiative score, so I will accept their actions in the order that they are posted. Abuse that however you'd like.
Some preliminary questions you might have:
This office is 10 ft x 15 ft, so you can all fit in here, but only a few of the 'bad guys' can come in at a time. I will let you know who is INSIDE the office and who isn't in the initiative order. I will also keep track of how much damage they've taken there as well.
Initiative Order:

Copper snarls, a sound accented by the popping of bones and cracking of joints. Limbs stretch and become more muscled, ears elongate and point up and forward, and the generous amount of red hair on his arms and face grow thicker. "When I said run, I meant run through." With another snarl Copper launches himself at the red lizardfolk, slashing violently and ending an arc of spectral green flames out from his axe.
"Shit." Vasha spits. Her coin flares in her fist, and with a wave, she sends a fiery projectile at the red lizard.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Copper's axe glows with green flames as he takes a swing at the red lizardfolk. He manages to duck just in time as the green flames singe the top of his pork pie hat. The axe cuts a notch out of the door frame while the red lizardfolk whistles at the damage.
Distracted by Cap's feint, the red lizardfolk leaves himself wide open which Cap gladly punishes. Cap lunges and stabs the man directly through the opening in the leathers near the armpit. The red lizard falls to the ground as blood spurts out from the wound. It would appear he is retired from this fight.
Kinnikuses Cap's large body and exaggerated movements to surprise the blue lizardfolk with his shiny sharp stab-y. The cut, so finely placed, shreds through the leather and nearly punctures the man's guts.
Shroudmakes short work of the already wounded lizardfolk with her quick follow-up to Kinnik's surprise. He crumbles to the ground - dead.
With those two down, Vasha is all clear to shoot at the Half-Elf in robes she suddenly sees. A small fire is flung from Vasha's hand with her somatic component of the spell and flies to the Half-Elf who seems shocked and scared. He pats on the flames on his robes.
Red Lizardfolk(Death Save: 18)
You all can more clearly see the human. His face is painted with greens and whites, and something the way he is dressed reminds you of a priest of the silver flame. Black coat, pants, and a green collar mark his person. He pushes the Half-Elfaside, "Seems they were right to send me. These poor children are having such a rough time..." He looks into the room and asks, "Can I get an amen?" With those words, you hear the red lizardfolkwhisper it, 'Amen.' (5)
The red lizardfolk begins to stand once again, but this time he has lost all his swagger. The priest seems to walk down the hallway, but you aren't sure.
The Yuan-Ti takes the blue lizardfolk's place and grins deviously at Kinnik, "Pretty bird. Your feathers will look great on my necklace." She wears a simple dress, but she exudes exuberance and fine breeding. Some of you almost want to bow at her feet. It's then you see a scimitar in her hands. She swipes at Kinnik twice. (Attack 1: 4 Damage 1: 5, Attack 2: 16 Damage 2: 6, both slashing)
"What are you guys doing! This wasn't part of the plan," you hear the Half-Elfshouting. "Just-Just don't kill his niece okay? She's the one with the short blond hair..."

Copper snarls as the Yuan Ti begins attacking Kinnik, and he reaches out to put his axe between the two. There is a flash from the empty eye sockets of the skull carved into the weapon, and tendrils of sickly green mist materialize around the attacker. Copper's grimace spreads into an unnerving grin before his arm jerks suddenly, sending his flaming axe like an uppercut towards the woman.
