You should have eyes on them once you are next to Zerys.
Markas, I was incorrect. Using your full movement (not dashing), you could get in that hole Amar made, but you still wouldn't have eyes on the goblins. Zerys is the only one that has eyes on them--and then just barely. There are a few options though.
Zerys had 5 feet of movement remaining, so she could move one square in any direction, and then you could take her spot and have eyes on one goblin.
You could jump in the hole for cover, but, because of its depth, you wouldn't be able to shoot at anything unless they were right next to you.
Amar makes a tactical advance, crossbow in hand, ready to shoot at any goblins that appear in his path.
You are able to end your turn alongside Markas.
Brumdal
Brumdal also advances up just behind the group, ready to dodge if attacked. "Make room!," he says (breaking the fourth wall), "let me up front my armor class is way better than yours. Did you see it when that ogre hit me? He didn't even do 1 hit point of damage!"
The goblins are just out of site, but are not even trying to be stealthy. They hurl insults at you in the common tongue: something about your mother was a lizard, we are not afraid of you, etc.
Zerys shall slip out of the line of fire over by the over turned chairs, remove those spears and cast Cure Wounds upon herself. It's unclear to me that she has multiple instances of this spell at the ready (I don't think so..). Thus until we get a long rest don't get hurt too much.

If Zerys casts Cure Wounds on herself, she will consume 1 of 2 of her spell slots. That means she will have one spell slot left to cast any of her prepared level 1 spells, including again casting Cure Wounds.
Zerys shall slip out of the line of fire over by the over turned chairs, remove those spears and cast Cure Wounds upon herself.
Zerys staggers past Brumdal toward the barrel of spears, using the wall for cover. She utters an incantation and touches her wounds. Divine magic washes over the wounds.
Zerys casts Cure Wounds on herself, healing 6 points of damage.
Markas will carefully peek around the corner into the dead-end tunnel to his right. If empty, he'll move along the south tunnel wall until he can see down the larger tunnel and hopefully the group of goblins. If he has any action left, he'll loose an arrow at any available goblins.
Markas will carefully peek around the corner into the dead-end tunnel to his right.
Markas follows the wall on his right up to the point where it bends into the dead-end tunnel. His instincts are correct as he carefully peeks around the corner—two goblins lie in wait and unleash arrows!
The goblins cry out in goblin, “BREE-YARK! They spotted us!”
Goblin Shortbow Attacks vs. Markas (AC 20 due to cover from the wall):
Pagan sees Zerys struck by the spears and cries out "Nin Híril!" He rushes to a protective stance in front of her- trying to provide cover.
Markas, I was incorrect. Using your full movement (not dashing), you could get in that hole Amar made, but you still wouldn't have eyes on the goblins. Zerys is the only one that has eyes on them--and then just barely. There are a few options though.
Zerys will shuffle out of Markas's way to allow the shot. Preferably away from gobos.
Markas
Zerys steps back and Markas takes up the position she had. He let's loose an arrow: 17
Hit! 8 piercing damage
The goblin goes down!
Pagan
Pagan, this would be your position, if you used all of your movement and you want to be in front of Zerys. I'm assuming you are still using dodge.
Let me know if you want to tweak things before Amar's turn.
Amar, assuming Pagan stays the course, will move forward and launch another arrow at his best guess of the Goblins location.
You won’t get line of sight. The only goblin anyone could see, Markas shot.
You would have to dash as your action.
You could pick a safe spot and use the ready action.
Then he'll get up to the Pagan-Markas line over to the right if possible
Pagan stays the course- protecting Zerys.
Amar
You are able to end your turn alongside Markas.

Zerys, it is your turn.

Zerys is back to 7 of 10 hit points.

Sidenote: I still can't get a picture to embed from OneDrive, it just displays a placeholder and no image. Thus the URL instead.
Markas
Goblin Shortbow Attacks vs. Markas (AC 20 due to cover from the wall):
Rolls: 5 12
Misses!
The goblins in the tunnel were 10 feet away.
Markas still has 20 feet of movement left and his action.
