Masters of Eothia 1-20

Rosli will quietly sit in enjoyment and wait until the bugbears head off. Once they've left the area she will stand up, give a large stretch and drop off the ramshackle hut before giving one long last look at another hut before setting off at a reluctant pace into the opposite direct as the bugbears.

As the group walked into the city, but before they spotted the sneaky cat, Pumpkin suddenly dashed off into one of the closest alleyways available with no words communicated to any of you. 

One she, or should I say he walked back out, a near perfect copy of Ruxio was smiling foothill at you all, wearing Pumpkin’s desert robes that were only slightly too big on him. 

“By the by, Garlic Skullcrusher died running away into the desert in a mad dash of enraged passion. Tragic I know, but we found me, so all is good.”

Yasei smiles at Pumpkin, seeing her for who she truly is. Recognizing that the shifty shape shifter has swiftly swiveled her subsistence substantially, she runs out of s-words and simply nods.

”Perhaps we should go visit with Sally's mom, Suzie, and she how she’s recuperating?  Then, I believe we should return back to Barry for a visit...” (she makes no attempt to hide her vileness when saying Barry’s name)

Danica nodded. "I agree. It could be nice to see how she's doing."

You guys make your way over to Suzie's place.

Rosli- the group entering the city look interesting- you've not seen them around before... They enter a hut to the north of the slums.

When you get there, the place is actually done up a little bit. Sally's happy to see you and Bert- the butcher who helped Dani amputate the leg- is currently cooking them a meal. Suzie is leaning on his shoulder and gives him a little peck on the cheek just as you walk in.

"WOOOOO!" Sally yells, as she jumps up and gives Danica a big hug around the leg.

Danica chuckled and hugged the girl back. "Hi there, kiddo."

"Welcome back!" She says, grinning.

"Yeah, what do we owe the visit?" Suzie says, hopping over. Her wound looks pretty much healed.

Danica smiled up at her. "Mostly we wanted to see how you guys were doing."

Sally pulls on Danica's robes and produces a small, metallic crane. Like a paper crane, but made from scrap steel. "I've been helping Clive with hos smithing and he's teaching me! I made dis for you!" She says, grinning. The metal has been heat treated so it has a rainbow hue to it.

"We've been great." Suzie says. "I just wish getting around was easier than it is currently.." Bert comes over almost instinctually to catch her as she's falling off balance.

Yasei hugs Suzie tightly, and then gives Sally an even tighter hug.  While still carrying Sally, she whispers in her ear "That's a b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l. butterfly, young one!  Your smithing skill knows no bounds.  I have an idea....how about you make two of these for your mother?"  she then draws, in the sand, a rudimentary crutch, showing the basic structure and required elements.  She then sketches a cartoon showing her mother walking around using two crutches to aide her, with a huge grin on her mother's cartoon face.  "Do you think you could make these for your mother?"

Sally looks at the drawing, slightly complexed. “I.. I dunno. Guess I could give it a go... what does it do?”

"That's beautiful! You know, it's said that Cranes are lucky creatures and they will come back to this place once the land is healed."

Yasei: “They are ‘crutches’ that will help steady your mother when she walks around. See how she almost falls over when walking?” she says, whilst pointing to her mother stumbling around and having to be supported by Bert. “She can use these crutches to act as additional strong legs. And I bet you could make her REALLY pretty looking crutches!”

Cora smiles, folds her arms, and leans on one of the walls, happy for the child and happy for Dani that she could make such a difference in someones life. She watches on curiously as her and Yasei talk to the family.

"Great job, you two!"

If the group looked interesting her curiosity would have got the best of her. Rosli would have followed them just taking in what she could from their conversation and trying to see what kind of people they are.

You managed to go unnoticed.

They definitely look like an interesting bunch- and it seems like they've been getting some help from someone...
Usually in the City of Rust, individuals who seem to be able-bodied are directed to work in The Fernus and the bugbears, orcs and crazed humans are enforcers. These guys stand out as they have weapons and armour... but don't seem like enforcers. Your best bet is that Barry the Lasher has especially recruited them.

... Sally nods in understanding and says "That's a cool idea. Maybe that can be my project!" she says excitedly before running out, presumably to Clive's shop. She pops her head back in for a moment and says "Feel free to come visit, you can help!"

Rosli will just stalk them when they're in the streets for now.

[Okay! Off to Barry I presume.]

The group make their way north through the city, climbing the large hill as they go. You reach the crest and turn into the barraks. As you approach Barry's hut, you can hear him before you enter.

"Whaddya MEAN you lost 'em both?!? Get out there 'n' find me one, or I'll ve sendin' YOU, instead!" Two Bugbears stumble out of Barry's hut, one whimpering slightly.

As you enter, the pissed off bugbear does a full 180 to extremely happy as he sees you. "Wh- wha? I thought youse were DED! But nah, look atchya! Returned to Uncle Barry alive, well and with armour! Ahhhhh I knew I hired the right crew. Look. As you are obviously aware, The Dune is in town and master Sledge has requested a meetin'. Go clean yaselves up and I'll come grab ya a little later, near sun down from ya room in The Rock. Make sure ya there and look nice." (It's still before mid day so you guys have the afternoon before meeting Sledge.)

Rosli, you see the group enter the Barraks, and shortly afterward, the two Bugbears who were looking for you come out and start heading in your direction, though you're currently hidden from them.

Rosli will wait for the bugbears to pass then skulk up to the door and try to listen in on the conversation inside.

If anyone comes out and spots her she will pretend she's intoxicated and having a hard time standing up.
