Masters of Eothia 1-20

Cora snorts out a quick laugh. I wave happily at the gnolls.

Yasei will swing around to the side, hidden, hoping to flank the beasties.

Danica snickered and also waved, though her gesture wasn't quite as nice as Cora's.

Yasei dissappears from view, half way up the sand dune.

A larger Gnoll pokes his head up and seeing you waving at his pack enrages it. It slaps another Gnoll over the head who begins waving back and barks a bunch of commands in Gnoll, pointing what looks to be a polearm with an old sword tied on to the end of it in dried entrails. Most of it is Gnoll gibberish, but one word stands out for some reason to Cora.

”Farken Gett’em boyzzzzragh Get downdere ‘n’ chuck a farken *yip* u-ey ‘round dat Perkins!”

"Hey!" Cora laughed, "That one gnoll waved...back...." her smile faded and she stared at the pack. One of them said a word that made her instincts go to yellow alert. Her heart started beating a little faster.

Perkins.

7th Samurai Initiative: 9

Initiative Order: PL, Bobo, Rosli, G3, G4, Cora, Dani, G1, Yasei, G2.

The pack lord 5 let’s out a high pitched yelp, followed by a low growl as it points at G3, dragging it’s finger towards your group. G3 begins to run down the slope, trips on the lose sand and tumbles down the bottom of the dune. It standa up, holding it’s head, and growls. “Blimey!”

Pack leader bounds it’s way down the sand dune, stopping short of Cora (10’ away) and lashes out with it’s glaive:

Bobo and Rosli are up!

Using a luck point on the Pack Leader's 9 damage attack: 16

Son of a..

Distracted by the word "Perkins", Cora wasn't even paying attention when the Pack Leader swung it's glaive at her. She barely saw it, and attempted to sidestep out of the way, and failed. Not even luck this time could save her. It cut deep, and she barked in pain as two new scars were added to her body. She drew out her blades and despite a thunderous headache, started to become angry and began to growl, spitting blood out of her mouth. 

The anger in her mind told her to fight. The flight part told her to fall back.

Rosli will stumble over to the pack leader almost falling over but instead catching herself and attempting to stomping on his foot.

She will then trip forward over the foot she aimed for throwing a knee into his inner thigh and a fist into his gut

before stumbling off 15' away (when I use flurry of blows I gain disengage and 10' additional movement)

Oof, a solid hit right on the pack leader’s foot. The other two jabs bruise the skin of the beast, but don’t find as much purchase. It lets out a high pitched Yelp!

(Gonna take control of Bobo here for a hot second) Bobo whirls around (I have no idea what form she’s in right now lol. Perhaps default changeling form?) and her folds of clothes ruffle around in a sea of cloth before a bright burst of arcane fire bursts out from her, catching you all by surprise! [Tooltip Not Found] Attack: 23 Damage: 10 DC 13 dex save or catch fire: 8

G3 and G4 rush down to join the fight, barking incomprehensible Gnoll insults. “Yeah nah shove off ya Galah, struth!”

G3 pokes at Dani with a spear “Bloody Ranga!” Attack: 7 Damage: 10

G4 pokes at Rosli: Attack: 18 Damage: 5

Cora and Dani are up!

Initiative Order: PL, Bobo, Rosli, G3, G4, Cora, Dani, G1, Yasei, G2

Despite wounded and bleeding, Cora attacked the Pack Leader, then disengaged away.

(Bloody Ranga! OMG I'm dying laughing!)

Danica dodged out of the way of the spear and her fists blurred as she struck with a rapid hail of punches and a cry of "Ahhhhtatatatatata AahhTAH!"

With a low sweep of the leg, a number of chain punches to the core and an elbow to finish it off sends the Gnoll falling over backwards, KO'd anyway, nice work! A soft glow of energy eminates from Dani's hands as they tingle slightly.

G1 runs down the hill swearing his head off in Gnoll and lashes out at Dani with a bite attack! Attack: 11 Damage: 4

Yasei who is currently hidden is up! (ADV on next attack roll)

Initiative Order: PL, Bobo, Rosli, G3, G4, Cora, Dani, G1, Yasei, G2

Yasei sneaks up behind the pack leader, and in her usual "liquid" motion (yeah, right...we'll see how the dice gods treat her), withdraws both of her daishō blades and in a sweeping motion, attacks the PL:

Katana Attack: 7 Damage: 11

Wakizashi Attack: 20 Damage: 9

 She then yells out to the pack leader "You pathetic sniveling rat.  A warrior is useless unless she rises above others and stands strong in the midst of a storm!"

Watatsumi (the pet dragon) casts Euphoria Breath (see spoiler for details) at the Pack Leader:

OOC: Actually, “casts” is probably not the correct term. It sounds like it’s just a dragon action.
