Flins basically wastes the poor blighter (an average-sized human who never saw it coming) with whatever weapon he used. Blast a golf-ball-sized hole in him or whatever; he’s dead on the spot.
Another burly dude rises from the ground; similar to the one trying to put a headlock on Mia. He rushes forward, yanks off his burning bush disguise and throws it at Flins, but it disintegrates into ash before it gets remotely close.
Combat has now come to Rutrow, and it soon will come to Lethira. What do they do?

If he is only at 5 feet (make a 2nd attack) Rutrow grabs his dagger and slashes with the other hand at the bandit

She steps forward as the spell settles over them, drawing her mace free in one practiced motion. Firelight flashes briefly across the worn steel as she moves backward.
Action: Cast Bane [DC14] CHA Save on the 3 Bandits that are nearest to her.
Movement 30 feet back from the 3 Bandits she cast Bane on

Out of the 3, only all of bandits (the near bandit and the thugs) seem to be affected.

*Most of the bandits are outside of the fire’s bright glow. Only one thug and one bandit are within that area; the other thug is on the ground grappling with Mia*

*I assume that is directed at me, then I will choose the 3 in the perimeter, which I gather on the 3 you rolled saves for and they failed?*
*Partially, in that you specified that you would move away from the bandits; also, Lethira doesn’t have Darkvision, and the others are in dim light. My previous post was a summary of where all of bandits are: four bandits are beyond the bright firelight, one thug is on the edge of that light grappling Mia, and the others are within the firelight (functionally easy melee range)*
