Tarathi weaves her way through the crowd to the person with the gruff voice "How much would it cost to put a posting on the quest board? I am looking for the services of those magically inclined"
As Tarathi weaves her way through the crowd she sees a Half-dragon at a table in the middle of the crowd, arm wrestling a bull beastkin. "Be with you in a sec hun." The Half-dragon slams the beastkin's hand back with a crack and the crowd cheers. The beastkin cradles his hand and gets up from the table and joins the crowd. The Half-dragon gets up and heads to Tarathi, "How are ya today miss?"
"Mostly fine, well nothing a good bath can't fix. Now back to my question. How much to place a posing on the quest board?" says Tarathi with a relaxed smile on her face.
The Half-Dragon is wearing a white long sleeve shirt and a brown vest over it, black pants as well. The Half-Dragon grins, "Should be about... 10 silver, or 1 gold." He goes over to the bar and makes himself a drink, "But what's this in you needn' a magic user?"
Dagna follows the others, using her walking stick to avoid tripping over her own feet. She watched the arm wrestling, but rather than the contest of strength, what caught her attention is that one of them seemed to be a full half dragon rather than a dragon born. Although she hadn't asked about it, it seemed to her that a half dragon would have a far greater connection to dragons than a sorcerer with a distant draconic ancestor.
She watched and listened to the half dragon intently, trying to get a read on them as a person.
A bit early for what she's trying to do, but here's an insight roll: 14 (rolled in game log)
"We are looking for anyone gifted in draconic magic or anyone such as you with a draconic heritage for a rather strange request where the reward can be tempting for the right person though it comes with a steep cost. I can talk to you more perhaps in private if interested if not I will pay to place a posting on the quest board." says Tarathi in a friendly tone.
"The name's Nyle, Nyle Cambie. If y'all want to speak in private, follow me." He turns and walks to a spiral staircase in the corner and walks up and goes through the door at the top.
The room is basic, a desk with a chair, and three benches in a semicircle in front of the desk with a table in the middle. Nyle goes and sits behind the desk, and gestures to the benches. "So, y'all need a person who has relations with dragons?"

Caelar follows Tarathi, but lets her do the talking. He does give a nod of respect to the Half-Dragon's arm wrestling prowess.
The Half-Dragon nods back to Caelar, and turns back to Tarathi.

Magnus looks around for any signs of one of his criminal contacts

Dagna's insight to the Half-Dragon is he wants to help the four of you. Magnus does not see any contacts.

The Half-Dragon sets down his drink, "Now, why would I speak to you in private, when you haven't even offered your names?"
"My apologies where are my manners. My name is Tarathi Volake and your name sir" says Tarathi in a more polite tone.
"The name's Nyle, Nyle Cambie. If y'all want to speak in private, follow me." He turns and walks to a spiral staircase in the corner and walks up and goes through the door at the top.
Tarathi follows behind and holds the door open for her companions before closing it behind her.

Dagna takes a seat, but lets others do the talking.
