Caelar steps into the tavern with a dumbfounded look on his face. He wasn't sure what to expect when he stepped through the door, but he wasn't expecting this. After a few moments, he suddenly becomes aware of how he must look, and starts imagining his ancestors snarling at him for looking foolish in front of others. He quickly straightens himself up, brushes off some of the dust from the road, and finds a place to sit along the bar.
Dagna Greenmantle looked around the busy tavern with a very confused expression on her face. At 4'2" tall, she was short even for a dwarf. Her red hair contrasted with the green accents on her heavy chain mail. She seemed a bit unsteady on her feet, using her walking stick for balance.
As best she could determine, she had just entered this place through a door in what was now a solid wall. With no clue as to where she was, she went to someone nearby who didn't look busy and asked, "Excuse me, could you tell me where this is?"
Tarathi Volake's sinewy goliath figure takes a moment to brush off the dirt off of her trousers and to kick the mud off of her boots. She stands at 5'10'' and looks like she lost a fight with a bush as there are some scratch marks on her face and bits of twigs in her braided black hair. She seems to be only armed with a dagger sheathed on her belt. On her left hand is an iron ring with many facets as if it was hastily hammered into shape Set in the center is a small smooth amethyst.
She was about to says something when the good dwarf took the words right out of her mouth. She looks to see what the response is.
Seeing the Dwarf and hearing her question, Caelar nods to himself and mumbles, "Well, at least I'm not the only one." He keeps an ear open for whatever answer the Dwarf gets.
There is a crackling of electric energy when all of the sudden, a weird looking figure emerges from behind the counter. It's features are simply... not there, no face, hair, or even a regular body, though it appears humanoid, the body is wood. It speaks in a surprisingly female voice...
"You are where I called you, my realm, my last refuge."
Caelar looks at the figure curiously, not entirely knowing where exactly to look. "What is it you're expecting a group of random strangers to help you with? I assume it isn't about doing repairs on the tables."
Those who were chosen have found their way to a tavern that could not possibly be accessed by normal means.

The figure looks at Magnus, "Why... to help me of course."
Caelar looks at the figure curiously, not entirely knowing where exactly to look. "What is it you're expecting a group of random strangers to help you with? I assume it isn't about doing repairs on the tables."
"And why would what I assume is a divine being need assistance?" Magnus replied
