Caelar will come at him as he always does, but reserves the right to cleave if there happens to be more than one in that trenchcoat.

Miss, Dagna's turn.

As usuaal, Dagna had prepared her Shillelagh before the fight started, but since none of the kobolds were next to her, instead of closing, she used a ranged spell,  calling forth a poison mist and sending at one of the not buff kobolds. 

Attack 10 damage 4 poison

Her accuracy with spells proved no better than her accuracy with her Shillelagh. But perhaps she managed to get the attention of one of them...

If that is against one of the fallen kobolds, it has advantage.

{That would only be if she moved up to them)

It's still advantage.

Since she's 30 feet away, being prone grants her disadvantage. She should have used a different cantrip...
