Fine I'll just use your original attack, Tarathi's turn.
Tarathi fires at the buff kobold seeing it as the greater danger.

Per the previous fight, Caelar should get an opportunity attack on the buff kobold, since it was pushed out of melee range.

Both of the other kobolds are likely still within melee range, which means he will attempt to hit one and cleave the other.
Reckless attack on either of the others: 13 to hit, 10 damage
If that hit, using Cleave to attack the other: 26 to hit, 15 damage
The other two have the prone condition so you have advantage.
(In that case I don't use reckless attack... but those rolls were already with advantage. So if I missed the first prone one, I don't get the final attack.)

That was her best save, the only one she's actually good at and she still missed.
I'm confused about 9 damage from Toll the Dead. That's a spell Dagna has as well, and against an undamaged opponent (Dagma was undamaged before this), it does 1d8 necrotic. So how is she taking 9 damage?
