(Interesting I wasn't expecting to get a rare magic item off the bat)
(Or a Very Rare; I'm good with that)
Caelar accepts the greataxe, saying, "Thank you." Seeing Yuki fall, he says with concern, "Are you alright? Was bringing these items a strain on you?"
(Yours is situational though unfortunately)
(And limited. But still, +2)
(It's definitely useful if we are fighting something that has a lot of resistances or an annoying feature also is it an optional feature or nah my take on it is that it happens regardless if you roll a nat 20)

(That's how I read it too. I may sometimes want to use my mundane axe just so I don't waste one of my charges on a minor monster.)

{OOC: I'm assuming it's obvious that the armor is sized for Dagna}
Once Yuki stabalized, Dagna said, "I didn't realize that creating items would be so draining on you. You didn't need to make anything for me, I would have helped anyway. But... Thank you!"
Tarathi looked to the flickery Yuki with curiosity more than concern. Though making such items lend some weight into them once being a divine being. She patiently waits for Yuki to find their footing.
Tarathi finds herself in the dark in a busy town, humans, elves, dwarves, and every other race imaginable, jostling each other going from place to place. Vendors calling out, trying to sell their collections of silk, rings, and other items of interest. With her passive perception she can spot some people on the rooftop opposite of her, they are dressed in black, but she can't make out their features.
Dagna is torn, she wants to follow the order, but to do that she needs an answer to her last question. Steeling herself to be rebuked, she asks again, "Is there any benefit we can offer to those who become your vessel? It's easier to get someone willing to do so if they get something out of it."
Dagna rushes forward in alarm, "Yuki!" She rushes forward to support the wooden figure.
(Yours is situational though unfortunately)

(There was only limited items I could choose from, the higher the roll better the item.)
Yuki is unconscious flickering like a faulty light.
(Dagna will be VERY happy with her new armor. Once she gets past concern for Yuki collapsing and almost vanishing. )
After awhile Yuki stops flickering, she struggles to get up.

Caelar looks at Yuki with concern. "I believe this temporary body isn't strong enough to hold divine power. Hence the need for a stronger host."
(The armor is sized for Dagna.)
When Yuki gets up, muttering under her breath "...stupid...power...weak..." She turns to all of you. "If you are happy now, go get me a vessel."
The door to the tavern appears.
Tarathi walks out of the tavern and looks to her surroundings to see if she can figure out where she is.

Magnus follows tarathi out and looks around for adventurer guilds or the like

(If you add your character to the campaign link I can see your passive perception and give you more details.)
Roll investigation.
(I guess I need to save up for half plate and get the medium armor master feat)

Yuki looks at Dagna, "They will be reincarnated in another universe, more powerful then present. Now go."
