FC will shoot the ooze with his x-bow. When he does so, he whispers some words of terror which dance down the bolt and around the arrowhead, making it glow with purple energy as he uses his psychic blades ability.
If that misses, he uses his bardic inspiration slot to grant inspiration to the next attacker in combat instead, granting them +1d8 inspiration. "Well, let's see if you can do better, eh?" (Psychic blades uses an inspiration slot, but only if the attack hits FYI)
Dani nearly doubled over with laughter when Astrid exclaimed that 'Az has the clap'. When the Ooze slithered up, Dani cracked her knuckles and cast Dissonant Whispers at it. The maddening whispers ran over the surface of the creature making it wobble chaotically.
Leon clenched his teeth as he saw Astrid get hit as it looked like it seriously hurt her. With anger in his eyes (and a good distance in between), he points his crossbow at the black ooze and shoots.
