AZRAEL: The barrel are not heavy enough that you can't do it by yourself. In fact, as you place the last one, it's perfectly balanced, and you're positive nothing could lift the combined weight of all THREE barrels unless they were an Ogre, or Troll.
AT CORELLON'S CROWN
PHERAL: Fala is happy to ring you up and hand you the potions. She is a very beautiful being and curious to look at, for she possesses both male and female traits - and apparently acquire the best of both. You are now 100gp poorer =P Unless you wish to do anything else, she treated you as a valued customer, is very warm, and doesn't say much more other than to compliment your hair. Out of the corner of your eye while browsing, you can see Az making trips back and forth with barrels to the sewers.
CRISPYDM SEZ:
This adventure is progressing PERFECTLY. I'm so very, very happy with everyone and their participation so far. As tempting as it is to blister through as much as I can in a day, i'm going to try and do the right thing and let people enjoy their weekend, catch up with the posts, and role play what they wanna do. I will check back often today and make updates as you guys post. You can browse the shops and do whatever else you'd like, but by tomorrow morning at the latest i'd like to have everyone back home so we can move the campaign forward. <3 Have a great weekend <3
Astrid yanks Leon into the Corellon’s Crown, and proudly introduces Leon to Fala. Giggling, “Hi luv, this is my new bestest buddy, Mr. Leon. We’re here to lavish you with some coin, in exchange for your some of your worrrrlllllllllld renowned herbs and potions!” (She purposefully mispronounces “herbs” by emphasizing the “h”). “And those flowed?! OH-EMM-GEE! I just want to roll around in them! STUNNING! You MUST spill ALL your secrets to making them SUPER colorific!”
After oogling the unbelievably stunning flower colors, Astrid returns back to Fala, and excitedly asks for two potions of healing, and a beautiful flower arrangement for their dinner table. Rummaging around in her pack, she pulls out 100gp for the two potions, and 2sp for the flowers. “Thanks Fala! And here (she flips an extra silver piece onto the counter), have a drink at the pub, on me!” He-he!
Despite her small stature she had great strength, Leon following behind her with their hands locked without protest. Her personality was very much refreshing, one that he wasnt quite use to since the monastery wasnt too fond of those who were rowdy and as animated as she was. It reminded him of himself, way back when...
He couldnt help but laugh when Astrid spoke to Fala, her voice sounding excited for simple potions and flowers. He browsed as she spoke and decided to buy a potion of healing along with a little arrangement of flowers himself, for his room of course.
He put aside the coin and handed it over to Fala with a thank you.
“Just a potion and flowers,” He answers Astrid, putting the potion in his pouch. “Where are we off to now?”

Lyhtril follows the others through the shops admiring quality work with a practiced eye. Taking a close look at a rack of javelins, she ponders for a bit but decides to save her funds. "Maybe another time my pointed lovelies..."
In Corellon's Crown, she has a whispered conversation with Fala, "I know it's hard to find, but it does wonders to make things perky, at least that's what the faeries said....What? It causes a burning sensation?! Why those dirty jokers. It's just like them to tell me something like that. The nerve of it all! ...Imagine if I had a manly friend and wanted to help him along...that would be a disaster!" Lythril thanks the Elf and tips a silver for the tip.

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
Astrid to Leon: “Steam and Steel, of course! They’ve got all sorts of fancy gizmos there. Those guys are hilarious....they both like to wear top hats and talk with funny accents. Say, what did one top hat say to the other top hat? ... You stay here, I'm going to go on ahead!” Bwahahahahahahaha! Astrid literally rolls down the street in laughter.
After his task was done, Azrael would wipe his brow. No matter how light the barrels were, it was still tedious work. After taking a few moments to recuperate himself, and let his back rest, as he wasn't the strongest dragonborn known to man, he would head over to the bent nail. Knowing whatever was in the house would likely be lacking in durability.
Upon entering, he would browse over the many wares, but see nothing of overall better quality than his current quarterstaff, and they didn't need to be pretty to deal damage, so, instead, he started looking over their furniture, as even his bed at the temple was just barely good enough for him. He would seek a bed large enough for two, plus himself.. planning ahead.
If he was unable to find one, he would ask if he could commission one to be made to his specifications, and how much it would cost, letting on that his limit regardless was 100GP.
To humor the gnome, Leon gave a laugh of his own even though he didn’t particularly understand the joke at all.
”I don’t need anything from the forgery, so I am going to head over to the Bent Nail to get myself a bow. I will meet back up with you at the manor, okay?”
With that, he headed over to the shop, looking at the different kind of weapons they had in stock to stop at the different bows they had.

Danitriel takes a healing potion to the counter and smiles at Fala. "Hi there, so we all just moved into Trollskull Manor, so I guess we're going to be neighbors. I'm Danitriel, Dani to my friends." She said conversationally as she handed over the 50gp for the potion.

See, we’re doing up that eyesore down the street. Troll skull manor. Needs a lil’ bit of TLC, ya know? FC: with your smooth charm and wit (along with that crazy nat20) you're able to easily negotiate a 2 for 1 deal.
CHAPTER TWO - TROLLSKULL ALLEY WILL SOMEONE GET THE DOOR?!
As you all return home with your purchases, Lif has started cleaning the manor, and "asks" if any of you are hungry or thirsty. If you say yes, you are served swiftly with your choice of food and drink. He even pulls out chairs for you to sit, and is nothing short of a true gentleghost. Wow, you think. I could get used to this. If you guys want, you can role-play what you got and how you'd set up your room, or anything else you'd like to add.
A KNOCK(S) AT THE DOOR.
As the afternoon lingers on, word begins to spread of how you all saved Raener Neverember from rival guilds in the sewer. This afternoon began a chain of knocks at the door. Not to make any trouble, but Lif won't answer the door. He's not allowed outside, and has no intention of scaring anyone or drawing any negative attention to you all due to his undead nature. The factions of the realm have heard of your deeds, and many of you are being sent messages asking you to join them. [DM NOTE: You don't have to join a faction if you don't want to. If you do decide to join the faction you're being invited to, you will have a special side quest to complete once per level. Other party members can help you on your quest, but only faction members will get the rewards and reputation. Finally, you can join any faction listed below, just because you're recommended for one, doesn't mean you're locked in to what the representatives think you'd fit best in. Hope this all makes sense.]
PHERAL AND ASTRID (THE HARPERS):Someone knocked on the door this afternoon, and left you both a message in the form of a paper bird spell. “Renaer tells us you are a good bet. He bought you tickets to the opera tonight at the Lightsinger Theater in the Sea Ward. If you are interested, meet Mirt at intermission. Private Box C. Formal attire is required for admittance.”Enclosed are tickets for the entire party to The Fall of Tiamat, an opera sung in Giant describing the evil dragon queen’s defeat at the Well of Dragons.
ANYONE (LORDS ALLIANCE):Another knock at the door a bit later. It's Jalester! Jelaster reveals to be a field agent of the Lords Alliance who reports to Open Lord Laeral Silverhand. Jalester spends much of his time in the Yawning Portal and other taverns that adventurers are known to frequent. Jalester offers membership in the Lords’ Alliance to those who would be willing to dedicate their priorities to the security of the realm and Waterdeep. Members are expected to complete whatever missions are assigned to them in a timely, professional manner. Refusing to accept or complete a mission can result in suspension or dismissal. An alliance member who is suspended receives no alliance missions until the suspension ends, while dismissal from the alliance means a loss of membership and the loss of all renown in the faction. If anyone wishes to join, let me know and I will reveal your level 2 quest.
LYTHRIL, LEON, AZRAEL (ORDER OF THE GAUNTLET): Later on in the afternoon, there's another knock at the door. Wow, you guys are popular. What is it, recruitment day, or something? The Order of the Gauntlet looks for members who seek to fight evil in all its forms. Savra Belabranta, a knight, visits you all and is particularly interested in Lythril, Leon, and Azrael. She invites you to the Halls of Justice, the temple of Tyr (located west of the Market in the Castle Ward), where they can be sworn into the order. The swearing-in ceremony involves the recitation of an oath to find and destroy evil in all its forms. The oath is spoken while every candidate wears a silver gauntlet (a symbol of the order). After the ceremony, Savra will give you three your first mission.
DANITRIEL, FC (THE ZHENTARIM):A faint knock on the door reveals a flying snake with two invitations. One for Dani, and one for FC. How a snake knocked on the door is beyond you guys - but hey, the night is young. The message says, "Want to be part of something big? Speak to Davil Starsong at the Yawning Portal.”
