The rolls were made in the game log and you are right they don't show up so I don't know what to say about that. Last night I think it was a bit of a delay, which was an internet issue. I just rolled again and got a 22.
That 22 is in, so I can't answer why it was this morning and not last night.
When stuff like this comes up, I’ll add a clarifying remark in the OOC, but there won’t ever be a requirement from me for folks to go back and ‘fix’ anything.

Negative hit points existed in previous editions but are not a part of 5th edition (or 5.5E)
In 5E, the lowest a character's hit points can be reduced to is 0hp remaining.
Are you using the optional Flanking grants advantage rule in your game? Not that it's needed for Harknail's strike 🙂
No, this tale will not be using flanking.
In 5.5E the flanking rules, optional or otherwise, have been removed entirely.
A reminder. Donning a shield takes an action.
Manny can attack or don the shield, he may not do both.
I changed the post and am still without a shield.
Cool, cool. Thank you.
I don’t mind if folks edit their posts or not.

I rolled attack twice in the game log, as I forgot the shaman had taken dodge action. But took the smaller roll, which was the original anyways.
Sweet. Thanks for letting me know.
