He then runs and hides on the side of a building so it's fire couldn't get to him.

Peanut looks out the window, now trembling with terror, hurls her Javelin of Lightning at the dragon. The dragon must make a DC 13 Dex save or take 10 Lightning damage (half damage on success). Peanut then ducks back into total cover.
Meanwhile, Lord Kasim is afraid... an alien feeling to him... but he continues to fight.

Attack: 10 Damage: 15 (slashing) + 6 (thunder) = 21
Attack: 15 Damage: 11 (slashing) + 9 (thunder) = 20
Attack: 25 Damage: 8 (slashing) + 8 (thunder) = 16
