The rope around the legs is cut but there are metal shackles around their wrists chained to the wooden frame. Leosin remains unconscious. 

Akkron pauses... he doesn't have time for this. He starts with Leosin and attempts to get him free by targeting the wooden frame, hoping to rot the wood and loosen it up enough yank the chain out.

Chill Touch vs. Frame:

(OOC: I checked, Chill Touch is not restricted to only targeting creatures. It simply says "one target.")

The wooden frame weakens under your touch.

If wishing to yank it free roll athletics  

Akkron leaves that to his wights.

Leosin is free and slumps to the ground.

Akkron will repeat the procedure for each of the other two prisoners.

Akkron leans in and whispers to the noble woman.

Madam, we are here to free you... please keep quiet while we work.

It seems that her chains are a bit more recalcitrant than the two men's. So Akkron gives Wight 1 a bit of help by lending his own limited muscle to yanking.

Wight 1 (second roll, for advantage):

The elf is freed and noble woman after several tries is finally freed. She whispers, "Escort me to safety and I will give you a proper reward." 

It will be done, Akkron promises. Come with me... I will make sure you get out of here safely.

He pauses... then he decides to take no more chances. He casts Wish to replicate the effects of Teleport, using one of the potions of healing he received as a linked object to the destination of Greenest (specifically, the keep). Because it is a replicated spell and because there is a linked object, there will be no magical backlash and no risk of off-the-mark teleportation.

Everyone is transported to the Keep in Greenest. More specifically, Governor Nighthill's study. He reflexively reaches for his trusty blade only to sheathe it upon seeing Akkron. "What has transpired and who are these people? Also, what happened to Leosin?"

Leosin is still unconscious. 

I do not know what happened to him yet, Akkron says as he instructs the wight holding Leosin to set him down. But he was unconscious when I found him. These two were also prisoners in the enemy camp. Sir, Madam, might you introduce yourselves? I am afraid we never had time for proper introductions.

While they do that, Akkron goes ahead and re-casts an 8th-level Create Undead to re-assert control over the two wights before the 24 hours is up.
