As the Web shoots towards him Andor raises his hands to protect himself, the webbing is blocked by a shield of crackling blue lightning that appears in an instant, the sorcerer looking as surprised as anyone.
He draws his rapier and goes for one the spiders harassing Carrow

As a bonus actions he gives Bardic Inspiration ( 1d6 that can be added too one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw) to Andor, to help him get free from the web.
Rixton's spear glances off the spider's hard exoskeleton, but Vigan is able, three times, to slash the creature with his glaive. To the north, Ladrian thrusts his rapier into the spider previously slashed by Carrow.
(Round 1 is concluded. Andor and Carrow may take their round 2 actions; the spiders will follow)
Angling himself carefully to not hurt his friends Andor exhales another torrent of fire at the spiders "Come on, run away and find food that can't fight back."
Muscling for position in the confines of the tunnel the Ranger, thankful his new weapon alerted him, now uses it to strike at the spiders wishing to destroy him and his friends. BA, Hunters Mark (5) Attack, Spider (5)

Despite having limited space to work with, Carrow slashes the spider twice, mortally wounding it. The spider slides down the icy tunnel wall and becomes a lifeless mass on the floor. Now only one spider remains to the north of the group. Keeping its focus on Carrow, it crawls as high as it can on the wall and tries to use the higher ground to its advantage...

Rixton:
A spray of sticky thread strikes the wall as I duck. Then I charge ahead, stabbing at the spider with my spear (+1), then, reaching down for a little extra push, following it with two rapid kicks to the abdomen.

Carrow
Seeing the last spider on his side succumb to the Rogues rapier Carrow turns quickly, changing his weapon in an instant he strings his bow. Finding a gap he unleashes two arrows down the tunnel in an attempt to end the skirmish.
Vigan and Rixton duck instinctively as Carrow's two arrows whiz past them and disappear into the ice spider's body. The monster lurches awkwardly as if it is trying to flee from the group, but the damage from the ranger's attack is too much. The spider slides down the icy wall and lies motionless on the floor.

Carrow
"Yes allow me to tend these bites quickly"
Cleaning the puncture marks with water the Ranger is satisfied he's stemmed any bleeding, taking out an empty vial he approaches the dead spiders. "Just give me a second" bending down he attempts to extract some poison.
Carrow completes some minor triage on himself, and bottles up a few ounces of spider venom before the group moves on. During the next thirty minutes, the five adventurers cautiously work their way through the narrow, icy tunnels and discover the following:
To the south (area 9B), they find a large domed room with a single column supporting the ceiling. Ice spider webs stretch from the column to the walls in several places, but there is nothing else of interest in this room.
To the north (area 9A), is a natural cave with a 30' high ceiling supported by five rocky columns; the cavern is filled with translucent spider webs that make walking rather difficult. In the northernmost portion of the cavern, a cluster of cocoons lie on the floor.
To the west, the spider tunnel exits the mountain. The slope here is ice-covered, steep, and treacherous.
Andor
As the Web shoots towards him Andor raises his hands to protect himself, the webbing is blocked by a shield of crackling blue lightning that appears in an instant, the sorcerer looking as surprised as anyone.

Rixton:
"Do you think there is anyone alive in those cocoons? Perhaps some gear? I'm willing to try if you all are," I say, testing the sticky webs.
There is a total of three cocoons; they are encased in a bizarre hybrid of ice and webbing.
