Diring the three days prior to the delve, Elaric would like (in order) to: 1. Hire the weaver to create garments which will be enchanted (Day 1) 2. Hold a small service for the stolen souls of the two mercs - possibly with Gong's help; anyone who wishes to join is welcome (Night 1) 3. Work on spells with Wendell (Day 2) 4. Be approached by and have a conversation with Myrnyss - a mercenary who wishes to stay and help the party/study the ruins/protect Pyrringham (Night 2) 5. Speak with the merchant caravan/browse their wares looking for any spells which catch his eye (Day 3) - (per DM) Investigation check: 16 6. Prepare his spells for the delve (Night 3)
1. Wendell and Elaric go to see Cynthia Weaver and her mother Lona, both of whom are happy to take on the job. The garment will be ready in about a week's time. 2. Awaiting party input before proceeding with the service. 3. Done, gold and time subtracted. 4. PMing this convo, other players that wish to import back up PCs to Pyrringham are free to do so, as word is starting to get out that an up and coming village may have stumbled onto a hidden underground vault. 5. Regarding the investigation check, Elaric finds two spell scrolls during his search, both scribed in bright blue ink on yellow parchment. The spells contained are Feather Fall and False Life, both being sold for 100 GP each, or 175 GP for the pair.
Guan Hao will look for what he can get in terms of:
Antitoxin
Blankets
Potions
Rations
He will spend his free time working out, drinking, and gambling.
[Wasn't there armor we needed to be adjusted to fit?]
Investigation check for potions and anti-toxin, rations and adequate blankets for a 2 week journey are about 7 GP total (of those, the rations are 6 GP).
As for the armor, that's still in transit and will be ready in about 2 more weeks.
In addition to browsing on day 3, Elaric would like to supervise the final collection of ettercap silk, if Wendell is willing to cast Sleep and Skoth is able to assist in collection. Afterward, Elaric will either destroy the creature while it sleeps or, if Guan Hao is still hungry for battle, leave the disposal to him.

[OOG] Sorry for the late reply - been a bit distracted lately.
As a cleric of Pelor, Gong is more than willing to conduct a service for the fallen mercenaries.
After holding a ceremony for the recently departed, Gong will spend the remaining two days seeking resources for brewing potions (Day 2) and brewing a potion of Healing (Day 3).
[OOG] Xanathar's Guide to Everything states that a character must be proficient in the Arcana skill in order to scribe a spell scroll, but could we substitute the Religion skill in the case of divine casters?

The Goliath is always ready for chopping practice.
He'll also take some time to run through basic martial drills with some of the locals, if there's any interest.
Balasar will consult with Elaric and Wendell as to the best use to make of the two glowing green crystals he claimed as souvenirs from the ruins (specifically, he wants to know if having them carved into statues/figurines of some sort would be a bad idea or cause the glow to disappear).
He will also search for potions and antitoxin for sale, as well as a magical ring that has the same/similar properties as his cloak of protection.
Investigation for potions/antitoxin: 5
Investigation for ring: 10
Finally, Balasar is willing to help Guan Hao dispose of the Ettercap if the Goliath would like assistance, provided there's time for a long rest between the disposal and the beginning of the delve.

[For the sake of fun, I'll say yes. Flavor-wise, I don't see an issue with Gong writing out stories of Pelor in a context that fits the nature of the spell, Dark Souls-Miracles style]

OOG: I know the answer but am not sure if any check is required by the wizards to assist in these matters, so will simply say Elaric is willing to advise and I'll hold off on specifics until a DM ruling on what's necessary.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
[Elaric can relay everything regarding the crystals, I recall we rolled a 20 for knowledge on that one]
Unfortunately, Balasar does not find any additional potions or antitoxins during his search. In asking around for magic rings, one of the traders shakes his head sadly, "Apologies, Lord Delmirev. Pyrringham's luck may be waxing, but it's far from a trade town, if you catch my meaning. Not a lot of call for the arcane, or a lot of folks nearby with the means to purchase a great deal of them anyways. Better luck in High Hills or Aedern for that sort of trinket. Though..." He says, peering thoughtfully at the rest of the companions as they go about their preparations, "If this tower goes as deep as the rumors say, that might be changing. Folk from the cities are starting to take note. Even the promise of treasure can change a town's fortunes, after all."
Guan Hao does get a few volunteers for martial practice. At one point, glancing over at the line of peasants clumsily trying to get basic bio-mechanics down, he does a double take as he sees Wendell swinging along with the rest of them, short sword inexpertly held in his skinny wizard hands.
Gong and Elaric hold a quiet service for Karl and the other slain member of Boyd's forces. It's hard to think of a lot to say about them, good or bad, but at the end both party members feel a little better about how things turned out. [If you want to rep that go for it, otherwise it was very touching and nice given the rather limited information you had on the men. Boyd and company had to head out immediately and could not attend, but they thanked you for taking the time to do so.]
On the final day, Elaric, with assistance from Skoth and Wendell, makes one last attempt to collect Ettercap silk. As there will be no further collection efforts, there is no need to be gentle. 3

In the end, enough silk is extracted to make another set of glamoured clothing, and the party has one additional spool of silk in storage in case they run into more ettercaps later. Now ready for their journey, the party descends through the ruins and into the Moonlit Garden with Karash and Gisi in tow. [If anyone wants to take any action in the Garden before pressing on, feel free to do so now]

Elaric reminds everyone to write readily accessible notes to themselves before entering and while traversing the Garden (Feywild?) area, reminding them what they are doing/where they are going. He repeats this reminder at intervals throughout the garden until satisfied that no one has lost their memory. If the party looks to be leaving the Garden, he will take up this action again as seems appropriate.
It's probably a little late to ask this, but should I have made any rolls to determine whether Gong was able to acquire resources for healing potions on Day 2? Or should I assume that he was able to obtain 25gp worth of materials and then crafted a minor potion of healing on Day 3?

PM sent regarding Elaric's coversation with Balasar.
Guan Hao has no particular action to take in the Garden.
He sticks close to Gisi, devoting himself to her service and protection, still thankful for his deliverance from that terrible curse.
Wendell is going to take a quick look around for any more of the strange rabbit-like creatures that Balasar "rescued" during the ettercap hunt 9
Alas, no such creatures are present at this time.
As the party exits the Garden, please make a Charisma Saving Throw to avoid the effects of the Feywild.
