So as the bloodscale starts to be pulled up through the chimney, an arrow plunges into Grins back and Mo manages to plunge his longsword into the man as well. As the longsword inpails the man through the chest, blood spills out his mouth as he falls to the ground unconscious and bleeding out on to the floor of the fireplace as flames surround and engulf the upstairs, and smoke obscures your vision.

(sayre will be up but I plan to update the initiative in this post. Sayre can post her turn though if she wants. Everyone starting their turn needs to make me a con 13 save or take 1d10 smoke and fire damage, you can make the save at advantage if you are prone but your movement will be halved and so it may take you longer to flee the upstairs (the picture of the upstairs of the inn is in the campaign notes if needed.) I am going to be busy again today so I apologize. If someone wants to roll initiative for 4 giant metals and make a new initiative order that would be awesome but otherwise I will when I can!
Bossman counted your(Sayre) arrow attack as the AoO. Now we're back at the top of the initiative and its your go. But 1st you have to make the Con Save DC: 13 against smoke/fire inhalation. Which, funnily enough in a number of ways, you are resistant too. :P

This is correct, when I first read it I thought you used your sword to hit him as your AOO and then later I realized you had used your bow and I just left it that way... unless you want to go back and change it but you may end up rolling worse.
Sayre is up! Grin is unconscious on the ground, The fire is spreading rapidly and it is getting very hard to breath and see upstairs as heavy black smoke billows out the second story windows.
OOC: No, Ginny/Grin went and my turn came up hence the longbow attack then he announced the AOOs, so wouldn't I get it too? Sayre is a demon, therefore, fire resistant.
Sayre save 11
AOO with short sword to Grin's prone body? Attack: 13 Damage: 7 if Nat 20 he takes 10 points of necrotic damage or does it just hit?
I read your attack earlier and assumed you were making the AOO against Grin as he was hauled up the chimney. The AOO would have taken place before the bow attack. I can retcon a bit.
So navel falls asleep, Lorarila and sayre miss as he grabs the rope but Mo os able to land a solid hit oh him before he disappears up the chimney. A moment later Sayre pulls out her ow and fires an arrow up the chimney striking grin in the back and causing him to fall to the stone heath, hitting his head hard and nearly landing on Sayre.
(because grin took damage after being unconscious I am to add 2 failed death saves to him.)
(Alright, druid is up... let me get kids out of bath and I will post!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sayre takes 8 - half of half = 6 damage from the flames and the heavy smoke filling the room.
The Druid will pull back the red hood of her cloak and nod to the giant eagles hovering over the inn before pulling a sling from her belt and launching a small glass sphere towards Thimbol
Attack: 7 Damage: 7
The sphere misses its mark but lands nearby, and as it hits the inn behind Thimbol you notice as a green liquid runs down the wall, eating away at the stone and wood of the inn. As Thimbol looks back to the woman, her appearance seems to change before his eyes. Her skin appears to shift and become much more rough and scale-like and her eyes yellow and dark slits form. She then begins to run towards Thimbol and his wolf.
**I probably won't be able to post. Cause I'm leaving soon. But if everything is still on fire Mo would probably wake up Navek and try to get everyone out**

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.

(Only need AOO from Mo and Lorarila since Navek is sleeping on the job and sayre shot am arrow at him.)
AOO
Dagger: 16

OOC: AOOs are melee only unless you're a war caster then you can cast spells!!
Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
(I know that. That's why crossbow.)
OOC: Crossbow is a ranged weapon. Melee you hold in your hand and hit stuff. Lol

OOC: he's prone and my AOO is on a prone guy? Or on the new combat eagles? I'm SO confused. New initiative?
