Farnok does not appear to scare easily, but as you push up close to him, you realize, perhaps even before he does, you may have pushed too far. He looks almost apologetically over at Arvel, and says "please...back away," then screws up his face as if gathering what reserves he has left.
Since you are all on guard here, we will effectively say we are back in initiative order, with Farnok going last. Keep in mind, whatever the outcome of the next minute or so, the Watch is likely to appear on the alley, ready to bring down the full Code Legal of Waterdeep on whomever it deems as a lawbreaker or a threat to public safety.
"I will.. " says Dekket leaning back and lowering the preassure with his blades a little bit " If you do and leave her alone. Admit that there are bussines that goes south and that she can't deliver and get over it, and we are done"
"Halt! Drop your weapons, in the name of the Watch!"
Farnok's glare at those holding him at bay snaps northwards, as the Watch on patrol, lead by Sergeant Grimsdatch rushes into the alley, their pace quickened by the sight of conflict. The robed finger completes his moments, and the ground at the end of the street erupts, spewing rocks and rubble everywhere, as even the corner of one building threatens to collapse. You cannot make out the condition of the Watch, though you can hear the Sergeant's voice weakly through the smoke.
"Stop! Hold that man!"
"I'd rather not hurt you" Farnok smiles apologetically at Arvel, and runs.
Should you choose, Arvel and Cassie could take opportunity attacks - Farnok is carefully sticking towards walls to avoid others. Then we would be back at initiative.

"Bad choice" mutters Dekket when the wizard cast another spell and he cuts him in the leg with his blade as he starts to move.
Then he looks at Orynn almost running towards the Watch and he sighs and with a deep sight he cuts himseld with his dagger in one side, and drops to the floor, leaning against the wall. Better play victim. If any of the Watch reach him he will say
"Thanks to Tymora you are here... cough... they were four or five, and two spellcasters... " he points to the dead Trapp " they were assaulting this woman, we tried to help but... cough cough... suddently they turned to each other and start killing between them... cough... please help me.."
Jun runs towards the lateral alley trying to get out of the way.
"Assaulting this woman, you say? Which of the two women who just ran after him did he assault?" Grimsdatch looks the remaining members of the party up and down, and his skepticism melts. "I remember you lot. You pitched in during that carriage crash. Yes, even you, hiding in the shadows there. Alright, then, let's get them back. Even if my men were in shape to get after them now, they're going to be a minute digging out of there." He tosses Dekket two Potion of Healings. "You all can use these. Consider that a deputy's salary. And on my authority you may take any action necessary to apprehend this person. Come on!"
With that, she motions at you to follow and speeds after the departing Leilani and Cassie.

"Caught in your own web of words... as usual..." thinks Dekket to himself, but in whole that went better that he had expected.
He drinks one of the potions and looks to his friends offering the other one if anyone wants it.

Feeling that, finally, the pain of the head due to the animated broom's attack start to fade he follows her hoping that Lelianni doesn't makes anything stupid.
Rounding the corner, you come a short way down the alley where it opens into a town square, 40 feet on a side. Due to the late hour, there is little activity in it. Two story buildings line each side of the square. Standing in the center of it, looking supremely confident for a man who had recently fled, Farnok beckons.
"It would have been simpler had you just given me my due. Well, come to me anyways. Sergeant, you'll forget all about this in a few minutes. I promise.

"I suggest caution sergeant "says Dekket, surprising himself to be working with the Watch instead of running from it "this is a cunning spellcaster this one.. "
Orynn draws an arrow and quickly moves to J5. He doesn't fire, though. He is waiting to make sure Farnok is actually a threat. He holds his action until Farnok acts in a negative way toward anyone friendly to Orynn.

OOC: With Orynn's bad perception roll, does he have any idea the fuzz is upon them?

At the mention of guards, Orynn becomes extremely antsy. He lowers his readied weapon. "He's right," he says, "we should go."
"I will.. " says Dekket leaning back and lowering the preassure with his blades a little bit " If you do and leave her alone. Admit that there are bussines that goes south and that she can't deliver and get over it, and we are done"

OOC: Are any/all of you maintaining your current positions close to him?
Orynn backs up five feet to be back in the alleyway.
Arvel holds out hope that his charm magic can defuse the situation.

Arvel has no weapon at hand and a punch from him would be ineffectual. The charlatan chooses not to attack.
"Stop! Wait! Come back!"
Not so much trying to stop Farnok, more putting on a show for the Watch.

OOC: NeoMagus pulled Cassie from the campaign, so I can't reference her character sheet anymore.
At the sound of the Watch, Orynn attempts to melt into the shadows and disappear into the city.

Cassie grabs Leilani and pulls the woman after Farnok — not to pursue him, but to escape the Watch.

Stay in the same initiative order:

should we roll initiative again?

As I don't have a character sheet to refer to for Cassie, I guess I'll turn her back over to you, gludington.
