Jun rushes forward with a war cry and tries to blitz the wizard to the ground, in order to prevent him to cast any more mind controlling or damaging spells.
Dekket follows close behind and says before stabbing him to in the shoulders so he cannot move his arms.
"we already danced this play... I guess some people are jus above themselves... "
Jun's grapple: 7
Athletics to oppose his freeing attempt in case of sucess: 21
Jun charges the smiling figure, arms outstretched to bring that smug face to the ground. His outstretched hands pass through air, encountering no resistance, and you all blink, realizing the truth of the matter.
Dekket, since you were piloting two in order to move this battle along, you certainly can retcon your actions in light of this information.
I doesn't seems fair just a little retcon, speaking and movement...
Running behind Jun and seeing that the warrior just pass trougth the air the tiefling stops in the middle of his run and turns towards the rest and the sergeant.
"Watch her!" he says pointing leliani " he could be invisible again!"
With that he runs towards the next corner and tries to hear or see the wizard.

From the opposite corner of the square, a voice rings out, steel mixed with honeyed intent. You can feel its strength brush past you, though it target lies elsewhere. Near the entrance to the square, Sergeant Grimsdatch blinks.
Grimsdatch saving throw: 15
The sergeant's clouded eyes turn from the man who just appeared, towards those of you who who followed her in pursuit. She draws her weapons.

Recovering from the floor where he is, Jun draws his longsword and charges forward and tries to cut him down.
Dekket runs at Jun's side and, decided that he has had enough of him, he will stab with both his weapons. "Slap her out of it!" he yells to the others as he runs towards Farnok, hoping that ending him will break the spell that has the sergeant trapped.

Farnok snarls as the Sergeant snaps out of his control. He reaches out to the most recent source of his pain, and a Shocking Grasp (Attack: 9) courses through Dekket. With a sweep of his cloak, he rushes over to D2.
Dekket, if it does not hit you, feel free to take an attack of opportunity. If it hit, you have no reaction.
Grimsdatch's visage changes from one of confusion to one of anger. "I...want...him..ALIVE" she roars.

Dekket's see the magic flickering in Farnok's fingers and he moves fast, more from fear nad out of instinct that with a plan in his head he steps towards Farnok, usign his own arms to block the movement of the wizard, so he cannot point at him. With a sigh of relieve the tiefling sees how the lighting is discharged to the ground.
Then Farnok tries to run away and both him and Jun takes the opening as an invitation to end the combat. They both swing their weapons towards him.
(AoO: non-lethal damage for both
Dekket: Attack: 23 Damage: 4
Jun: ( if applicable): Attack: 22 Damage: 3)
Then both of them rushed behind him.
"Keep it on, do not let him use his magic again!" says Dekket to the rest. "Tell him about that! He is trying to kill us!!!"replies to the sergeant. He was done with that man.. From the start of the night he was the responsible of all the attacks, all the pain and he had showed that he has no remorse to kill innocents. Waterdeep will be a better place without scum like that. And to Abyss with consequences, he will deal with them later. Dekket aimed to the heart.
(Turn of both Jun and Dekket.
Move: D4 for Jun ( I take that Farnok tries to move to D3) and E3 for Dekket.
Grimsdatch snaps out of her confusion, and brings a horn to her lips, blowing a long, slow note on it.
Orynn fires an arrow at the now exposed Farnok, but just before it strikes home the man throws up his arm, and the arrows ricochets away. He takes a moment to appreciate his handiwork, and turns back to face the companions in time to see two of them charge with what can only be described as wild abandon.
Jun, again, attacks with more enthusiasm than grace, and Farnok sidesteps him. The twin manuvers of shielding against the arrow and avoiding the rampaging barbarian leave him vulnerable to an unrushing Dekket, who flips over his blade in time to catch the robed man on the crown of the head once, dazing him, and then a second time, knocking him entirely to the ground, unconscious.
Grimsdatch's note ceases abruptly. "Er...now would one of you folk kindly tell me what is going on in and around the Portal this evening?"
Dekket refrains himself to continue stabbing the bastard.
He turns to the sergeant, asking himself how much he can tell her, but as the adrenaline from the fight start to leave him, the pain on his head comes back and he feels all the tiredness of the night. He had enough. He ties Farnok's hands and muffled his mouth.
"Well. It seems that somewhere in the city there is a vault with so much gold that even a dragon would see himself as a beggar. This bag of shit had that carriage crash into the Portal, and create the havoc, trying to kill us all and innocent people in the process, just to rob her " he points to Leliani " of some information about it. He also hired another spellcaster, the mice tamer who summoned a demon by the way, to collect that and more information. We were able to change the information to the mice tamer so we could learn who was behind all of this.. and when we were trying to do so... he attacked her again in that other alley. We tried to save her and subdued him, when this scum showed up and killed him with two hired archers. We defend ourselves again and then you reached the scene... Please " he says to the others " fill the gaps in my history. Damm I need a drink..."
Grimsdatch shakes her head, as if to clear it after Farnok's intrusion.
"He sent the carriage, and then attacked this woman in the street? For what? What information is of such importance?" The guard gestures to Leilani, who glances helplessly at Cassie and Dekket
"Because of our involvement in stopping the carriage attack, she was employed to collect information on us. She 'as recently 'ad a shange of 'eart and decided not to fulfill Farnok's demands. In our gratitude, we acted to protect 'er from 'is attacks."

Firebolt attack: 8; damage: 6 fire damage
Blade and arrow sing at Farnok. Two strikes pierce him, and he staggers.
Concentration: 11 3
Grimsdatch looks down at her drawn weapons, confused.
Farnok snarls as the Sergeant snaps out of his control. He reaches out to the most recent source of his pain, and a Shocking Grasp (Attack: 9) courses through Dekket. With a sweep of his cloak, he rushes over to D2.

Longbow attack: 8; damage: 7 non-lethal piercing damage
Sneak attack if appropriate: 1
Non-lethal can only be specified for melee attacks. If you would like to change your action based on that information, please feel free.
Can I aim for the leg?

"False information on us," Orynn says quickly, then falls silent again.
