"Oh don't worry - his stuff might be leaving but he's not going anywhere. We'll sort out the window and get another lock on the door, and set up a rotation to check on him regularly."
Jack lifts a finger as if to make a point, then gently lowers it. "Good point you two. Not sure why this Nimble would stick around, but never know."She says, punctuating her point with a shrug. As she starts to walk out after Cloudfur, Jack stops to give Valetta and Nim a bow. "Thanks for everything. Hopefully we'll be back before you know it!" She claims aloud, though inwardly adds 'I hope' in mind. She walks out after cloudfur.

Jack
With all the confidence born of many an investigation in service of the Harpers, Jack with device in hand leads the search of the ward for any Nimblewrights, possibly rogue and otherwise. When not otherwise wholly consumed with watching for any signs of change in it, any lulls are filled with a running commentary about Waterdeep. At least as much as she knew from just living there for so many years.
First - a nugget I forgot. On your way out of the temple Valetta tells you that she is keen to have the rogue nimblewright returned to her, and offers you a reward of 500g to do so, or at least provide evidence of it's destruction.
A street by street sweep of the Castle ward takes you the better part of two days. You start at the manor and work your way south, then north, working your way west, and then back towards the east. Towards the middle of the second day, suddenly the little umbrella begins to slowly turn - ironically not that far from the manor. Just a ways down Saerdoun Street. Like playing a game of hot and cold you move up and down the nearby streets as the contraption spins faster, then slower, and faster again. Straying into one of the finer areas of the ward you arrive at what you think must be the destination. A large villa, well kept, though not the only of it's kind nearby. A gate blocks the road up to the house, flanked by two guards. A plaque on one of the gate pillars reads "Gralhund Villa"
"Now that's a home" Kanus says impressed by the villa, "I'd like to live in a place like this one day, how about it?" he asks of the rest of the group.
"Thanks, but no thanks. That's a little too ostentatious for my taste." Jack curtly deactivates the device, and tucks it away before its noise attracts attention. "But if everything goes well, you can probably get half-way there to owning one after we get back on track on that other thing." She rubs her chin in thought for a second or two, then looks to the others. "So... how do we want to do this? We can't loiter here for too long. And there way my luck has been going so far today..." She trails off holding herself and shuddering.

The tabaxi has remained mostly quite as they explore the city looking for the lost nimblewright. When confronted with the guards, and the gates of the manor he stands and contemplates them for a bit before speaking
"We don't really have much to go on here to just barge in to this place accusing people of harboring constructs other than Jack's whirlygig......or to accuse anyone of the attack in Trollskull alley. Perhaps we need to make further inquiries about this Gralhund Villa, either with the Harpers, or the Enclave or perhaps even our new 'friends' at the City Watch. What were their names? Blastwell and Crowley or something like that? Didn't they ask if we found any more information to share with them regarding the attack?"
The Harper shakes his head at Kanus. "Ya kidding? Not in this town. They'll take one look at us, call us riffraff, and chase us away if we don't got an honest appointment with whoever's inside."She explains, running a hand through her hair in frustration. "Hn.... Any locals or Harpers would be our best bet for answers there. Heck, even the enclave might know something. Helpful as the Watch can be, they're a bit... trying at times. At best we can hope they'll only confiscate the device, do a follow-up investigation into the manor, and then if something shady is going on... take forever and a day to act on it because 'Da rules' say so. Bleh!"She shakes her hands as if removing grim or water from them.
"And at worse, they'll take the easy way out and pin everything on Nim, destroy him out of hand, then wash their hands of it. Either way, nothing gets done -- And don't you start with me about him being an abomination and having it coming." She says, pointedly pointing at the Tabaxi, then wagging it for good measure! "So, let's asks around. Maybe even simply ask the guards who live or owns that villa. Worst Case scenario, we... may have to do a little B and E tonight, and have a looksee. Its Winter, so, not a whole lot of prying eyes will be on the streets."

Gargan: From what you recall (and Jack would probably know this too), there isn't much remarkable about them. Orond and Yalah Gralhund are moderately well known nobles in the city but they are fairly private. The source of their wealth is not known and they are fairly uncontroversial.
FYI there is a 12ft high stone wall surrounding the property. There are 2 gates that you can see (one front, one to the east), both of which have guards posted.
Jack smirks. "Glad to see you at least took my earlier words to heart. Crappy timing as it may be."She jests, and tries to bump shoulders with the Tabaxi. "Hmm... If we can word things right that won't draw too much attention to the Nim just yet, I..."She sighs and slouches over with her arms hanging limp. "I guess we can inform those two ahead of time. At the very least, if we can get them to pressure the Gralund's inside while we keep watch from a distance, we can see if they try anything funny and go from there? I'll still have a talk with my friends, see if they can do a more active look into them in the meantime. But it'll be a big gamble either which way we play things. I'm... mostly fine with either which way things go. But if anyones got a better ideas or plan they want to back?"

(@Tanzier: Head back to whatever ward Trollskull Manor is in, activate the device, and go walking around for any pings in the ward. At least for now.)
