Elyza was hoping to have someone else check what spell the fish men were casting but when she saw Thelara begin to move forward, she quickly tries her best to decipher the spell herself.
If the spell is something harmful, Elyza will tackle Thelera in an attempt to get her away from the spell. If the spell is not harmful, Elyza will wait and see what happens and step forward last.
Arcana: 14
Since she has no idea what the spell does, she will wait and watch in the name of scientific curiosity.
Vyserra’s eyes narrow trying to decipher the spell being used.
Arcana: 15
Just as Elyza would’ve done, if the spell is harmful Vyserra will tackle their captain down and away from the merfolk. If the spell is not harmful she will stay put and go second.

Believer of the almighty one, the Alpha and the Omega, whose love encompasses all of his creations, RNGesus.
Started as a player at time of registration. Started to DM a month later. Hoping to get better as time progresses.
The spell is cast, as a strange feeling envelops each of the party. The air feels a little stale to taste initially, as they realise that they are breathing fine, but something else feels to have taken effect.

"Step into the waters." The spokesman of the group gestures with their trident. "You will be taken to see His Majesty."
Elyza understands that something has artificially amended her respiratory system. The magic she doesn't quite comprehend fully, but it is most likely some transmutation that has temporarily altered her form to something similar to theirs.
“Armors gonna make it difficult to swim but,” Vyserra grins. “Takes me back to boot camp! Made us do it all the time.” She is going to wait for the captain to head down first, then go right after.

Thelara cautiously enters the water. As the waters rise to her head she unconsciously takes a big gulp of air. She panics a bit when she has to inhale the water for the first time, but quickly calms down. She surfaces and waves to the others that it is okay.

The aquatic folk seem to split into a couple of groups, one escorting from behind the group, and the other leading the way into the waters. Initially getting submerged is a strange experience, but after a few seconds, each of you realising that the water going into your system is actually filtering out as if it were air. The weight of the water makes it more difficult to move around, but ahead the group can see that there is some sort of strange cart made from stone and coral that the party is being escorted to.
While beneath the water, speaking is a little difficult, yet the Aquan tongue carries through it somewhat perfectly.
"Step aboard, we will travel faster upon the carriage."

Using his knowldge of vehicles, Elirdain closely inspects the strange cart made from stone and coral as he tries to make sense on how the carriage operates underwater before the group steps inside.
The cart is opened for the party to enter, most of the trident-wielding armoured figures joining them in the close proiximity. Another seems to send out an aquan call of some sort (not actual words as far as the party can tell) as arriving appear to be two large sharks which the coral carriage is latched onto with some long vine-like rope, possibly some form of seaweed.
"You will be taken to our citadel." The figure in the carriage explains in Aquan. "There the king will decide what to do with you interlopers."
Elyza speaks to the rest of the party in common so that the fish people can't understand her, "I don't quite like the attitude of these fish people. Are you guys sure coming with them was a better idea than just knocking them out and taking their bodies for dissection?"

Elirdain then does some warm-up exercises as a preparation before they dive down through the unknown seas where the underwater empire is supposed to be.
It appears to be a spell of Water Breathing, something that grants amphibious breathing for 24 hours.
"If they have the means to cast high level spells, our battle with them would have ended in a brutal manner. Hooray for diplomacy."
Elirdain makes a simple stoic celebration as he checks the seawater's temperature by dipping his hand before they head down.
Valdayz steps forward.
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
(Basically is anyone refusing the Water Breathing?)
(Not me. Elyza's stepping forward last though)

(As mentioned, you can't really speak underwater unless it's Aquan.)
