“No weapons,” Vyserra hands over her long sword, having thought if she had a dagger or small weapon she could have hit it somewhere on her person, but she carried no such thing. She wasn’t exactly pleased at having to hand over her sword, but complied regardless, not wanting to make a scene.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
(Hey all, finally back from visiting people etc. and got reliable internet again. Will be posting sporadically until about Monday/Tuesday.)
@WoobyDoobyDoo Sorry to hear that. Hope things IRL start easing up for you.
The party are escorted into the audience chamber. Like the other parts of this building, there is air in the open halls, making moving and talking much easier. Sat at the far end of the chamber is a large (as in large-size, so 10 feet + tall) blue-skinned fish-man with a barrel-shaped chest. He is adorned with golden weave clothing and is seated in front of a shallow table. Upon the table appears to be some strange foods of some sort, perhaps made from aquatic plantlife, as well as some deep water beasts. Upon his head appears to be a large wreathe made of red coral and adorned with gemstones.
The robed figure does a large ornate bow when he approaches the supposed king of this place. The large fellow continues eating, barely giving the robed fish-man a second notice.
"Your majesty," The mystically translated tongue of the man speaks. "We have found some interesting folk, those from beyond the stars."
The king continues to eat, but one of his eyes appears to look up at the group. The yellow irises appear to be quite penetrating, but the face reveals more; this man appears either tired or famished, despite his huge frame. The king lets out a belch, then continue eating.
"No, your majesty." The robed figure continues. "They were found upon the surface. They appear to have a vessel that seats itself in the air above."
Elyza theorises that there maybe some sort of problem with the king. While he appears to be healthy, albeit overweight, he appears to have energy to move and eat without incident. It is most likely that this hunger is caused by a more mystical means. However, medically speaking this sudden change in body weight will be long-term unhealthy and is most likely going to cause severe issues shortly.
Elyza expresses her theory to Elirdain. She is passionate on the subject of disease, even magically caused ones and tries her best to maintain a lower volume but she can't help talking quickly. (going to just rephrase what Poke just said in way that Elyza would say it. Feel free to ignore)
"Well, the king seems to have a good appetite. Normally that's a good thing since it means that he has enough strength to sustain himself, however in some cases it can signal a deeper problem. The lack of energy and and tired face may indicate a wide array of possible ailments, however combined with his eating habits, I'd guess malnutrition is the prime suspect; specifically a deficiency of various the various substances within foods that work to provide energy and keep all the bodily system in proper working order rather than the type of malnutrition which results from following a grotesquely imbalanced diet. A king is not likely to suffer from food deficiency so it might hint to the presence of a parasite of some kind that is siphoning nutrition from the king's body. I would have stated that as the most possible explanation if it were not for the king's weight. One of the most common symptoms of parasitic infection is a loss of weight despite an increase in hunger. That does not seem to be the case here so it likely isn't parasites. That just leaves a hormonal problem, which I don't think is too likely or an aliment that is magical in origin. Those things are much harder to figure the details of. In the end, I'd say his ailment is magical in nature because other than his odd hunger, which seems to intense for any hormonal or parasitic issue, he seems perfectly fine otherwise. He won't be fine for very long though because if his intense hunger continues, it is sure to cause a whole multitude of medical complexities that will pose a great risk to the man's health. Do keep in mind though, that I am going off the assumption that their biology and their creatures, at least how they operate, are similar to the ones back in Evadil. I cannot be absolutely sure in any theory until I have either run various tests and gained a better understanding of their biology or I have more information and evidence to consider besides the symptoms that are evident from a surface level look."
After hearing Elyza's lengthy and informative reply, Elirdain gives his statement regarding the matter, albeit in a quiet manner.
"Should we disclose this information and try to help their king of his ailment? I don't want us to bite something we can't chew. Royalty can be quite fickle you know.
Since you're the most experienced among us regarding this stuff, I think you should decide whether to do it or not."
"We can but I'm not sure if we should volunteer our services without being asked to. Magical diseases are hard enough to identify and cure when they afflict us Evadilians. Trying to cure one that's afflicting someone with xenobiology won't be a small feat. There is never a guarantee of success. Though being able to study one of them would be quite the teacher of how their biology works. For now, let's just see what our resident negotiator says before we jump in on the conversation."
The robed figure turns to the group. "His Majesty's current condition is none of your concern. As for yours, if you are whom you say, then tell us why you have come to His Majesty's lands and trespassed upon the private gardens of the surface?"
(You get the feeling that the robed one is not content with the idea that aliens are here and don't have an ulterior motive, nor are they happy with them being judgemental of the king.)
With none of his more eloquent comrades speaking, Elirdain answers the robed fish folk.
"We travelled through the stars to explore the vast unknown and find a group of elves who taught us how to create our spacefaring ship. Since this planet has the signs of a habitable environment and is near to our home planet, we decided to travel here first and investigate.
As for trespassing your king's private gardens, that is something we didn't know until we saw your people at the shore. There are no obvious signs like a big signage saying 'Private Property' or 'No Trespassing'.
We did comply to your orders after knowing there is someone who owns the place. I think our actions clearly speaks our intentions of non-aggression."
The information is relayed to the king by the robed figure, who then returns to speaking to the group. "This word, elf, is unknown to us. As for your actions, our patrol reported you were attempting to poach the surface creatures of His Majesty's menagerie. How to you explain this?"

Elirdain complies to the fish people's demands and hands his weapons.
Valdayz hands over some wicked looking surgical tools, but beyond that, he's got nothing.

Behind his helmet, Elirdain gently whispers next to the unmasked Elyza.
"Hey resident doctor, do you have any knowledge regarding the king's tired condition?"
(You can make a Medicine check if you wish.)
(sorry my internet is being ass)
Does Elyza know what might be causing the King's tired and hungry condition? If not does she know anything about it?
Medicine: 20

Hearing half of the group's consensus, Elirdain keeps his mouth shut as he continues to listen more of the robed figure's conversation with the king.
Elyza seems to get more and more annoyed with their current situation. The doctor doesn't say anything however and lets the negotiator do her thing.
With none of his more eloquent comrades speaking, Elirdain answers the robed fish folk.

Elyza furrows her brows and says, "What word of that was unknown?"
