Kip's stone sinks deep into the water, with the hag making an audible scream under the water, aiding Vanyel in getting his hands on her. Penris watches as Vanyel begins to pull the hag out, her shape hideous and morphed slightly into moss and plants; making it hard to see anything but slime, plants and flinging water.
As she struggles, her wet form slips loose from Vanyel's hands, allowing her to slip back into the water.
Vanyel may make an attack of opportunity as she falls back again. Please post your next actions, as the hag swims again under the pillars of her house; hidden from view.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vanyel swings his axe at her as she attempts to flee (opportunity attack) Attack: 17 Damage: 15 Then he follows her attempting to grab her ankle and drag her back out from under her house and pull her above the water. (Grapple: 18 )

Penris starts making her way towards the small island of land, watching carefully as she does. Her dagger at the ready, in case the hag gets close enough to attack.
Kip will quickly pull out another torch and light it before tossing it on to the house. "She was able to get out of the house without being seen! I bet she can get back in from under the water!" The squirreling would shout before leaping from his branch and heading towards the front door of the shack "We need to free any faries before the shack burns down!"
As Kip runs alongside the hut; you see through the cracked and broken wall a large barrel filled with floundering fish, each freaking out from the fire coming through the ceiling above them. The floor is littered with fish attempting to escape; one of which slashes into a large hole ripped through the floorboards.
Penris follows close behind, making it to the land. You can see through the window that the hut appears to be empty of the hag.
Vanyel slices once more into the hag; then reaches under her home, grabbing her by the leg, and immediately tossing her on the shore near Penris. He holds his grip tight on her, making it difficult for her to escape again.
In response, the hag (Hag: 12) spews forth a slimy spray of ooze. Vanyel sees Griselda preparing her attack and narrowly moves out of the way; while still gripping the hag. Where the ooze hits, starts to sizzle and melt.
Kip is going to try to make his way into the hut and begin trying to scoop up the fish in his arms and toss them into the water. "We have to save the fish! i think they are her prisoners!" The squirreling would shout as the fish squirm and flip in his arms.
Penris watches as Vanyel flings the hag onto the small island of land with her. Immediately, she lunges with her dagger, trying to avoid anything the hag might spit at her.
Vanyel crawls onto the shore and still holding her climbs along her body and wraps his other hand around her throat and begins to try and choke her, hoping it would keep her from spewing any more disgusting fluids. (grapple check or unarmed attack?)

Kip squeezes through the hole in the wall and quickly begins tossing the fish towards the broken floor. The fish appear to be aiding, trying to aim and leap towards the hole.
Penris leaps onto Grizelda's back, stabbing her blade through the hag's shoulder. Grizelda screams out for a moment in pain, before Vanyel cuts off her air. You wrap your arm around her throat, holding her pinned to the ground. (Grizelda: 10)
To your disgust, you feel her bones shift below her flesh, including her skull, before the body begins to deflate; slowly slime seeps out of her pours. To your horror it moves out of your grasp, writhing and wiggling away. (Grizelda: 20)(Damage: 7) In a final flick of it's mossy and slimy form, as it squirms away, it transforms it's form back into a multiclawed hand; that slashes along Vanyel's body, leaving open wounds along your chest, arms, and face. She slithers, almost like a snake, her clawed hand hovering over her lithe and slimy squirming body; ready to strike again.
(About 2/3rds of the barrel, there are over a hundred fish at least; you've got several dozen in the hole already. The barrel is larger than you and filled with water.)
Vanyel let out a roar of frustration and pain as he is slashed and climbing to his feet takes his axe an swings it at the Hag with all of his might. Attack: 8 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

SORRY I missed where you asked for a perception check, I am dumb! Perception 10
21
So looks like attack would be 21 and damage 9 with disadvantage applied
(Penris, there is a shore not far ahead, that the hag's hut is partly over. About an island's worth.)

(Yes, rage will prevent half the damage, making it only 4 damage.)
Kip will continue to unload the fish, quickly tossing them into the hole as fast as he can.
